I guess kitchen is just as of the year of building had built meaning about 1970. Floor is very duty. There was sands. Bed is too soft to get my hip hurt.

Apartment badly needs an entire renovation. Room smelt like mould when we entered (air conditioner made it worse). Kitchen had never been renovated from 1950. Street noise was extremely loud and noisy. Owners badly need to renovate and then they can charge top dollar.

I like the accessibility to public transportation

The apt was extremely dated, stove from the 70 probably, and also wasn't clean through, I have 3 small children and having a kitchen is a plus for us but not when dishes, utensils, oven, kitchen is greasy and with old food stuck to it wich can lead to illness if you don't pay attention, we didn't mi d the place to be dated but cleanliness is a big turn off.
