Room is very old , everything looks not ok except the reception lobby looks modern.

I could stay with my son and his son without any problem

I would had preferred to be pick-up in the airport - Paid service of course. This could be booked together with my hotel stay. I am a Thai citizens by live in Denmark and are visiting my family in Thailand. Both in Bangkok and in Si Sa Ket.

nice breakfast with thai and european food. Close to skytrain and metro stations. Food courts nearby with lots of options for dinner. Friendly staff.

Not much. The hotel and rooms are fairly simple and not especially luxurious, but this is expected at the price.

1. The bed and pillows are very good and comfortable. I could sleep well with it. 2. The facilities in the room are beyond my expectation. The lamps look luxurious and the wall also looks match with the lamps. 3. The tv has a big screen. 4. The table for writing and planning things looks nice and big. 5. The bins are bigger than other rooms I stayed in other resorts/hotels. 6. They also have their own kitchen here that sells very cheap food from 09.00-21.00. You can choose to order one or more dishes in the 10 lists of menus for 50 Baht/dish with a lot amount of food. People who don't stay at the hotel can also order it. It's called Tha Pra kitchen.

1. There is no noise cancellation in the room. Since the room is very close to the road, so you can hear the noise from cars all day all night. Even though I'm used to with living in Bangkok and hearing the noise from the cars, but it's not pleasant to keep hearing it all the time. I also heard the sound of people talking sometimes but that was only short time, so I had no problem. I thought the room had noise cancellation when I booked it but apparently it doesn't. 2. One night when I was trying to sleep, there was a staff or someone was doing something in the building on my floor at 4 am! That was very annoying, especially when I was trying to sleep. 3. The day after I checked in, the staff told me that there will be an electrician coming to check a WiFi router at about 9 am! That is still so early for me. I don't know why they let the electrician come so early in the morning and cannot come in the afternoon. 4. I booked the room with booking.com but booking directly with the hotel is cheaper. The staff didn't ask me at all if I want to change to book directly with the hotel (since it is not prepaid), some staff at another hotel asked me that (but yes, not every hotel asks that). 5. They should put the information on booking.com that there is a key card deposit for 500 Baht and you must pay it in cash. Luckily I had 500 cash at that moment.

The room was nice and had good amenities. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the TV channel had Netflix.

Pathetic breakfast which was cold and limited choices. The staff was not friendly, and most of them had a very bad attitude towards me. Most of the staff there were unfriendly and rude. Did an early check-out due to this reason.

The difference in styles between the bedrooms which I would describe as Industrial Chic, to the classic Thai of the upper floor with the restaurant. All the staff were so hospitable they really make you feel like you are guests in their home.
