They offered us a room upgrade, so we stayed in a recently renovated deluxe jacuzzi room. Some of the staff were friendly, particularly Mr. Omar Samy, Mr. Ossama, and Mr. Shabaan. The overall food quality was good, but some items, especially the desserts, need improvement. Additionally, the food variety could be expanded.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel for several reasons. First and foremost, most of the staff seemed unhappy and never smiled, likely because they are forced to work. The air conditioning was another major issue; it didn’t work properly in the restaurants, cafes, or even the lobby, making the entire hotel uncomfortable, especially given how crowded it was. The hotel facilities are not equipped to handle the high number of guests. The room cleaning service was extremely poor, and the staff lacked basic knowledge of their duties. Any request had to be made multiple times, and even then, it might not be fulfilled. The food, while somewhat good, lacked variety. The lobby restrooms were not well-maintained and needed more frequent cleaning. Pool towels were often unavailable, especially during busy times, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, parking was a problem as we were not allowed to park in the hotel’s parking lot because it was reserved for the owner. The number of elevators was insufficient, requiring long walks to reach our room. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations.

Aqua park was so good , food was amazing, best destination Special thanks to Mr. Omar , operation manager, was sooooo helpful and supportive always follow up with me and my family to make sure that i am comfortable, thanks so much for him and i really appreciated his support

hotel was nog in verbouwing. eten was niet lekker of niet goed bereid. drankmachine was gekoppeld aan kraanwater. kraanwater heeft een slechte smaak. minibar word niet dagelijks bijgevuld

الغرفه نظيفة وجديدة والحمام كبير و الاثاث جيد

للاسف مكان الاقامة ليس علي مستوي فنادق ذات الخمس نجوم من حيث جودة الطعام و المشروبات كانت سيئة و يتم تقديم الطعام في اطباق بلاستيك و العصائر و المشروبات في اكواب ورقية، تعامل الموظفين مع النزلاء يحتاج الي مراجعة من قبل الادارة ، الفندق صغير بالنسبة لعدد النزلاء مما يخلق ازدحام في المطاعم و حمام السباحة، البحر لا يصلح للسباحة بسبب وجود مواسير في البحر و زيادة عامل المد و الجزر يجعل البحر غير موجود في اغلب الاوقات، ضعف فريق الانيميشن و العروض المقدمة ، بصراحة كانت تجربة سيئة جدا تمنينا ان تنتهي مدة اقامتنا لمغادرة الفندق
