La puerta se atoraba un poco, pero solo ocupa servicio

mira es que yo fui cuando no tuve vecinos pero si se olle muy facil si hay movimiento y no hay nada masque las habitaciones osea no es para decir un camastro o asi no es solo la habitacion no tiene areas comunes pero si esta chido el lugar en la ubicacion los culitos de por hay y asi vdd

pues que el fin de semana en el antro tenian consumo minimo no mms 3500

It’s a very nice place to stay. Specially if you stay with a huge family.I liked that it has kitchenette fully supplied. Also how close it is to beach, restaurants, bars and stores.

Location. Microwave and fridge worked.

Shabby, worn and not really clean. A/c didn't work. No hot water at 6:30 am. 2 worn bath towels and no hand towel.

I don't remember any preference in quiet room when I booked this place, either; maybe this was fraud. I don't remember disliking anything in particular about this place

Location was only 2 blocks from main street and OXO. Beds were good and large apartment. Only $55.00 CDN per night so price was good for short term stay.

The TV could only be watched from a dining room table. The couch and 2 beds were in 1 room and had no TV in it. Need to restock kitchen as had no toaster or spoons. Hot water is limited so shower fast.

Bookings.com was quite accommodating with our requests.

At our arrival, the apartment was not clean.

the location was perfect to the beach and transportation

There is no one on the premises to guide people of what is expected of them. We stayed 6 weeks on the main floor suite #3, and there are 2 other floors of hotel/ condo rooms suites #4 #5#6#7#8#9.above ...( Three on each of the additional floors ) there are 2 other suites #1 #2...(that are by themselves) same property. Most people only stayed for a couple of days. and between them scratching the floors by moving furniture or chairs day and night... using loud voices and yelling anytime of the day or nite or dancing with heavy footsteps they were very inconsiderate of the people living below them, or on the same floor.... We had a door bell outside our front door and many many times after midnite the people that arrived to rent a room would ring the doorbell continually thinking that we would let them in... They also parked their vehicles and or motorcycles in front of the locked doorway to get into the building, Parking on a walkway doesnt make sense and perhaps the property manager needs to put up a sign that says no parking in the walkway...The garbage area needs to be addressed. There are nine apartments and only one black bin for everyones garbage.... needless to say the garbage was a mess everyday... ..Our reservation said no smoking on the premises.. People did smoke inside the premises , and there were no "no smoking signs" posted and no one on the premises to address this. They were smoking in the commom area where the pool has been cemented in...and because there are no signs or ashtrays the smokers flicked their ashes on the ground and ground their butts into the cement floor... Perhaps that needs to be addresses and smoking should be done outside the building on the street..... Also check is from 3pm till whenever....had people arrive after 2 am noisy of course.... When there was no one staying above our suite #3 it was enjoyable. perhaps owners would not rent suite #4 out when long term people are staying in suite# 3 ...

Found Loft Sabalo on Booking and went with it, out of our comfort zone with great pricing. Staff was amazing as our flight was delayed and they stayed until we arrived to ensure our comfort in accessing the building and if we required anything. We stayed in the apartment which was quite large with 2 very comfortable queen beds. The Loft is not the Ritz but it was everything we needed for a comfortable, safe stay with plenty of room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were wonderful. It's close to the main street with many stores, restaurants and the beach is just a few blocks away. Don't need a car, walk or use public trans to get where you are going. Definitely a great value knowing full well that this is not a resort experience. We would stay at Loft Sabalo again.

This has nothing to do with Loft Sabalo. Do not use your GPS to find your way around. Pull up a map of the area and use that.

We chose it for its location

The pictures and reviews on booking.com were incredibly misleading. The pictures didn't show the hole in the wall, filthy walls with paint stripped off them. There was a terrible stench. We attempted to call to ask if we might change rooms. No one answered the phone. We called booking.com for help and they attempted to reach the office and were also unsuccesful. When we arrived we couldn't get in and had to wait for a resident to come along and let us in. There was broken glass and a busted chair in what I guess you'd call the lobby. When we finally were checked in the room was disgusting as I've already described. We chose loft Sabado because the price was good and more important antsy it was rated by booking.com as excellent. We left the next day and asked booking.com to help us get a refund for 14 of the 15 days that we had already paid for and we sent booking.com photographs of the room. Loft Sabalo lied to booking.com and told them we were a no show and so they didn't have to refund our money. Even though booking.com had the pictures to prove we were there they accepted loft Sabalo's decision to not refund our money and so we ended up paying for two weeks for a place we couldn't stay in and have now had to pay for other accomodations. We are disgusted with Loft Sabalo and disappointed in booking.com and won't be using them again. You can't trust their ratings and they proved to be completely useless as advocates.

it’s very clean, staff is very friendly. it is a very clean place and the beds are great. the rooms have everything you need to make your staying adorable. stove/dishes/pans/ microwave muy execelente

i would stay there anytime if the year

No wifi tv dont work the 3 days l was there and then the noise in the morning because they were fixing the wall. I will never stay there no more.
