Les voisins du logement au dessus étaient un peu bruyants, mais ce n'est pas de l'essor de l'hôte.

Though well located, it is noisy as busy with cars and buses. Had booked 2 nights, but found accommodations for our family of 6 in another apartment for second and last night in Lisbon. The bathroom had an awful smell and mould in corner of ceiling. The bed linens were of poor quality, as were the towels and one of the beds had no mattress cover and sheets had 2 stains. Electrical problems with toaster causing lights to go out in kitchen. No A/C and additional bathroom as listed. Communicated lack of A/C and response was that each bedroom had A/C, but it was only the fans provided. No further response from the staff after the issues above were sent in various messages. No real living area in apartment. Building dark, noisy and under renovations which added to noise when in apartment and dust in halls. Front door was dirty and dusty. Also, no fire exit in case of fire, though extinguisher in apartment, but apartment being on 4th floor of building was not very reassuring. It was a truly horrible experience and they did nothing to correct or address the issues.

Loved the location. Open and spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon.
There was a leak from the kitchen ceiling which got progressively worse during our stay. The constant dripping of water was just in front of the stove area, and this made it difficult to cook for duration of our stay. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. Otherwise we absolutely loved the accommodation, and would return.

Had everything it needed, central location only 5min to metro station, variety of bars and restaurants around but not busy at night. apartment was very quiet with the windows closed , couldn’t hear any noise .
Contact was management was easy, they were very responsive.

The location was perfect for a couple of days in Lisbon. The apartment is like the pictures. It was really clean. The wifi was very good. The Nespresso capsules were a nice touch.
It was a third floor by stairs but I already knew that so it was fine.

We booked 5 nights, they charged us directly, when we reached there, They gave us an apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator in the building, we have luggages with such type of stairs it was very hard to reach our apartment. When I complained about this by whatsapp, they didn't bother themselves and reply to me anything. The bed sheets are old and not clean. The pictures of the apartment in the booking app are not relevant to the reality of what we found. The first 2 days there were too many noises from up stairs apartment. Actually, I don't recommend these apartments, which was too expensive, there are a lot of choices nearby better than this one.

Location of the apartment was great and central. Close to everything.
We stayed on the 4th floor and had to climb stairs with our luggage on check-in and check-out. Both my wife and I like to get exercise so this was not an issue but maybe for some.
The second bedroom had no cupboard to unpack my clothes into.

The apartment was clean and spacious - perfect for our family of 5. The location was great and close to the city center with all sights, restaurants and shopping. We walked for the most part and to some sights we took the tram from the nearby square. The apartment had two bedrooms and a rather big living room/dining room area where we could hang out and rest after a long day in the city.
There was a sofa, but the living room would have been even better if a couple of armchairs had been added. There was enough space for this and would have made the living room even better.

the apt didn’t match the pictures. i booked the apt because I loved the wood beams. i didn’t realize the photos are for different apartments so it was a little disappointing at first.

The only reason I didnt give a score of 10 , was the apartment was on the 4th floor - no lift and lots of stairs

The apartment was spacious and had the basics. the best part was the location. it is very close to many attractions and good restaurants.
the fact that it was noisy and had no elevator. my husband had a leg injury after we booked our stay, which made it harder to climb the steep stairs.
