La temperatura de la habitación era la correcta

No me gustó el servicio de atención al cliente, cuando llegamos no había nadie para hacer el check-in, al final lo hice sola pero había un problema y no podía entrar en la habitación, es cuando apareció alguien para darme una llave para entrar en la habitación, luego durante la estancia solo olía a lejía y humedad en la habitación. Y eso que estuve solo un día. Cuando regresamos por la tarde no sé porqué la habitación olía a tabaco. Nuestro error fue dejar la puerta del baño abierta.

A localização é incrível, porque estamos a um passo da Plaza Mayor. O quarto familiar era seguro para um bebé já móvel, porque não existia nada pontiagudo ou pouco seguro. O sistema de chaves digitais dá muita independência aos hóspedes.

O colchão e as almofadas não permitiram uma boa noite de sono, infelizmente. O pequeno-almoço é fora do hotel, noutro hotel, por isso apanhámos frio logo de manhã.

TOP location - just few steps from Plaza Nueva where you can have a drink or eat. the maker is infront of the hotel, worth to go there to feel the spirit of the city. PERFECT for visiting Salamanca

there is no parking around the hotel and it is pedestrian zone, but you can find underground parking right next (5 min). the breakfast is served in another building, in the restaurant next to the hotel (2 min away) - but it was ok!

The room's window was overlooking a sort of a patio (on the same level) with rooms on the other side, it was either privacy or air. We basically suffocated inside

The single room is very small.

This hotel could not have a better location, it is right at the center and you can get anywhere from there by foot I would say. It is also on a quiet street so you don't really have to care about noise. The rooms are super clean and so are the bathrooms.

Our room had a cigarette smell despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room and that was a bit annoying but nothing that really made a huge negative Impact (it was light enough that we didn't even request a room change).

poor noise insulation; you can tell this was a hotel from other times that was bought by a modern company recently, but decided not to invest so much in remodelling. simple and thin bedroom doors let all the noise from corridors go through. avoid rooms close to he elevator.

The room got really cold and it took a long while for it to heat up, we stayed here in December.
