Comfortable bed in a good-sized room, great bathroom, the breakfast was nice. The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of all the major sights in Salamanca. Nearby underground parking that was a couple of blocks away.
The hotel was a little bit dark and the breakfast room was small.

Estaba en el centro. Muy tranquilo porque hay pocas habitaciones.
Se escuchaba lo que hablaban en la habitación de al lado y cada vez que tiraban de la cisterna durante la noche. Con un sonido desproporcionado. Está muy mal insonorizado. Por otra parte, no había gel en la ducha (ni siquiera en modo amenitie) y eso que era una estancia de 3 días. Era evidente que íbamos a necesitar ducharnos. Tuvimos que pedirlo abajo. No me gustó que no cuidaran ese detalle.

La ubicación al lado del puente romano, la climatización y la amplitud de la habitación
las vistas de la habitación, solo una ventana como a la entrada del hotel con una moto aparcada en la misma ventana y los objetos de aseo, para el precio del hotel eran muy escasos.

Hotel Hispedium…is clean and comfortable. I gave it a 9 b/c there were a couple of flies in my room- I think the cleaning woman would open the windows when cleans the windows had no screens. Also,I prefer the washable bed coverlet that the Marriott hotels use as opposed to a bedspread, that might not be washed as often. The location is good but it is a good uphill walk to the town center. The staff is friendly and the $10.00 breakfast buffet was very good.
For the price not much.

we wanted a hotel that didn’t require us to navigate the streets of the old city and tight parking This hotel was perfect in that respect. Easy to get to and parking in the nearby public lot was easy. It was quiet ,being outside the City center .A good thing since Salamanca is a college town.
The staff were super friendly and helpful . We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Salamanca.
the drawback was that it did require a steep walk into the city-so if you like popping in and out of your hotel this might not be the best location. We made two trips into town in the day we were here and we are seniors. You are rewarded with a great view of the cathedral for your efforts.

Vey noisy room at night. Shouting and drunk eople located in the casino area of the hotel next to our room didn't really help. We unfortunately had a short night sleep and didn't really understand why nobody told the guests in the casino area to o just shut up... Especially at 2.00am!

Good cycle storage inside. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Perfect location just outside the city walls with a view (from a high window) of the cathedral.
A kettle in the room would be good, but that's pretty rare in Spain.
