Great location

Extremely difficult to use the elevators (always full, sometimes having to wait for up to 5 elevators cars passing full until I had finally a chance to get in. When I tried to use the stairs, they were blocked by cleaning cars and rollaway beds, breakfast didn’t have a good refill (no juice, no water to drink when I had breakfast). Also got a wrong invoice by mail: I got two rooms for a day and they invoiced one room for the double price.

Large room, great location.

We had two adjoining rooms, one of them quite large, so we had a lot of space.

While everything looks nice, you can see it is just for show and there is a lot of things not working properly (loose fittings, doors that don’t close properly, leaks). one of the bathrooms had two huge leaks from above to the point of “raining” in our bathroom and getting the floor soaking wet. I got stuck in the lift and although they were working on it, no one ever communicated through the phone in the lift, so I left completely stranded. Some work was done on the water tanks and we were not informed so we run out of water complexity for several hours, unexpectedly. Breakfast was quite limited for that level of hotel.

the staff is really nice and the location is good

it is old and have no maintenance, everything is broken or up to.
