Very close to the bus and train stations and a short walk to Ortigia. Room was huge and spotlessly clean. The highlight of breakfast was the home made cakes. The best thing overall was the host, Lucy. From the point of check in to even after i had moved on she was spot on with recommendations and advice

Only downside is that you can hear the people from the room nextdoor if you are both in the bathroom

Everything! The place is lovely, the room was super pretty and spacious and recently renewed with high quality furniture (new mattress as well). It was super clean and well refined. Lucy, the owner, is just a wonderful person who made our stay special and made sure we knew all the important information about Siracusa (restaurants suggested by her were all really good and affordable). also, she asked us when we wanted to have breakfast and each morning provided us with delicious pastries from a local bakery as well as awesome home made cakes that her mom is used to prepp. Furthermore, each day Lucy cleaned up our room and bathroom, made the bed and changed towels if they were used. We felt really pampered throughout the whole stay and would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone, from young couples to families and businessmen. Thank you Lucy!

If I really had to find a drawback I would say the thin wooden panel that separates our room’s bathroom from the one of the room in front of us. But that was really such a tiny thing in comparison to the many excellent features of this accomodation and honestly had not bother us (by closing the bathroom door the "problem" was solved.

Very close to train/bus station, close to Ortigia and Greco teatro.Great breakfast and of course the owner miss Lucy was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, large comfortable room half way between Ortigia and archeological site. Good choice for breakfast and free wifi in the room. Station, shops and restaurats nearby with a large supermarket within 2 min walk.

The lady-owner is very helpful and nice. The room was clean, with comfortable bed. You can park just in front, for free. Easy to get in or out the town.

Relatively close to the city center.

The property is convenient and well maintained. Everything was clean. The shower was spacious unlike other places we stayed so far. The proprietor Lucy was very attentive and helpful. Asked us if we needed parking space saved before arrival. She gave us great recommendations to eat out. Breakfast was lovely and varied. She even remembered we asked about pistachio dishes and there was pistachio pastries for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The italian breakfast.

Lack of fridge in the room

The room had everything I needed, from its wide spaces, hand towels, to the essential air conditioner. The breakfast was abundant and served in an open air communal space. The host was amazing with her thoughtful manners and the help she was always ready to provide.

Lucy is the best host, she helped us with everything that we needed, and the place was really beautiful and clean.

Very nice and friendly staff, good location, large and clean room, possibility to park in front of the building, good breakfast.

A/C was located near the bed, so it was not possible to have it "on" during the night. It was either risk of cold or very warm room temperature.

Perfect location. Lucy super mega host. The rooms are spacious and we had our car parked just in front.

Slightly overpriced.

The room was very spacious, there were two closets and space for two large suitecases. The location was ideally to visit the archeological site and Ortygia. The hostess (Lucy) adjusts the breakfast according to your needs. Lucy is very kind and offers you advice and tips.

The wifi signal in the room was very weak. The bathroom is a little small for two people and the accordeon doors are not ideally. The bedside lights are not bright enough.
