location .... so convenient to take MRT and HSR

the Air cond in the room is so COLD even though i have adjusted the temperature. The fridge is so Noisy that i have to switch it off. Blanket oso not good. Water leakage from the toilet to the room. Kindly fix it up.

Good location, family mart and sihai dou jiang next to it. Opposite is one of the mrt exit. Convenient for exploring and shopping around Zhongshan area.

Facilities are old.

The bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful people. The hotel is centrally located. There is a 24/7 convenience store at the entrance of the street where the hotel is located. There is also the Zhongshan indoor market area within walking distance very close. It's fresh fish and fresh fruit. Especially the fact that it is close to Taipei main station is a big feature.

very near Zhongshan Metro, a lot of restaurants and shopping places like Poya, Eslite and Xingkong Mitsukoshi. Easy and not far to walk from Taipei airport metro station to the hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with all the extra touches in a higher end place: a fridge, a kettle, lights on both sides of the bed, water, personal control of the room temperature, personal use items in the bathroom. Although the building and the furnishings are older, the bathroom seemed new and everything was very clean. The neighborhood has lots of small restaurants and shops. You can go from the hotel down into an underground mall and walk in air conditioning to the subway or train or airport line.

Everything was great, all questions/requests were answered by the staff who were very anxious to help and ensure guests had everything they needed.

it was a very spacious and clean room, the staff were so friendly and it was close to nice cafes and restaurants as well as being a short walk to the nearest train station! also very close to family mart for any groceries :)
