Good location, family mart and sihai dou jiang next to it. Opposite is one of the mrt exit. Convenient for exploring and shopping around Zhongshan area.
Facilities are old.

location .... so convenient to take MRT and HSR
the Air cond in the room is so COLD even though i have adjusted the temperature. The fridge is so Noisy that i have to switch it off. Blanket oso not good. Water leakage from the toilet to the room. Kindly fix it up.

The bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful people. The hotel is centrally located. There is a 24/7 convenience store at the entrance of the street where the hotel is located. There is also the Zhongshan indoor market area within walking distance very close. It's fresh fish and fresh fruit. Especially the fact that it is close to Taipei main station is a big feature.

very near Zhongshan Metro, a lot of restaurants and shopping places like Poya, Eslite and Xingkong Mitsukoshi. Easy and not far to walk from Taipei airport metro station to the hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with all the extra touches in a higher end place: a fridge, a kettle, lights on both sides of the bed, water, personal control of the room temperature, personal use items in the bathroom. Although the building and the furnishings are older, the bathroom seemed new and everything was very clean. The neighborhood has lots of small restaurants and shops. You can go from the hotel down into an underground mall and walk in air conditioning to the subway or train or airport line.
Everything was great, all questions/requests were answered by the staff who were very anxious to help and ensure guests had everything they needed.

it was a very spacious and clean room, the staff were so friendly and it was close to nice cafes and restaurants as well as being a short walk to the nearest train station! also very close to family mart for any groceries :)

the staff are very nice. they have difficulties speaking english but still we were able to communicate well. hotel is near the train station and convenience store
there was no heater in the room

They don't speak English and Japanese as well. But the receptionists are very kind.
The hotel is located near MTR Station and many shops in 5 minutes by walk.

Everything else was great
The water in the bathroom was lukewarm, almost cold. There isn't much noise insulation, my room was next to the elevator and I could hear the elevator sound everytime it got to my floor

Convenient location, sit mid way between Zhong Shan Tube Station and Taipei Train Station and have underground shopping alley linking these two stations. Facility is well maintained.
Door key is traditional type not electronic access card, but Reception is key door keys in good care.

Very near to Taipei Train Station, MRT station. 10 minutes walking distance to bus station to airport. Very convenient.

The staff was very nice, one of the receptionists spoke decent English, another one even with broken English made the effort to explain :) The location is good - not far from the Main Station - walkable, a lot of food options around the place.
The walls are very thin and I was "lucky" to have a Philippino family with a baby next door - they went late to bed and got up early in the morning and were talking(shouting loud) with the doors open to their rooms. The room has a glass wall separation for bathroom and toilet - so if you are traveling not alone - that might be an issue - no privacy in the bathroom
