スタッフの方の対応とお値段がとにかく安く手満足です。アメニティも充分でした！

大人数で利用したのにもかかわらず、値段がかなりお得で助かった。 窓からディズニーランドの花火見え子どもたち大喜び。

シャワーの水圧がもう少し強いと嬉しい。 化粧室に排水の臭いが上がってきてしまっていて臭かったのが残念。

連泊だが、毎日ベッドメイキングしてもらえた。

トイレの壁が尿飛びで茶色い斑点がついている。 トイレットペーパーが子供には遠い。 脱衣所に服やタオルを置く所がない。

The room is very clean.

Location is good near to the train station, family mart and grocery stores as well as restaurants.

Aircondition is very dirt and dusty, worst aircon ever we encountered in all of our hotels check ins. Very very hot and it was fixed to 24-25 degrees. We ask the reception to adjust but the old man receptionist is too rude to us, he even shouted and wants us to transfer because according to him the AC in all rooms was set to 25 and cannot adjust it. It’s terrible and uncomfortable experienced especially if you are with 2 kids. We were in room 409 then to room 411 and transferred again to room 414, all the same worst and hot smelly room! Never coming back to this Rembrandt Hotel Style Grande, not recommendable specially on a summer days in japan. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCED EVER! WORST OLD MAN staff in reception area.

Great location, convenience stores and restaurants were nearby. Also, very close to the station.

The free toiletries were nice, but the sponge was just okay. It didn’t take away from the experience at all.

The location is very close to the Nishikasai Station. There are a lot of restaurants around in this area and also public transportation is easily available. The staff was very friendly and accomodating

The room should've been a little bigger and the price should be a little less than what I was charged.
