Located midst natural environment , calm and serene atmosphere.

Could add additional facility such as refrigerator within each home, some utensils and could serve milk/tea/ coffee in-house at minimum.

Mr Ismail was very co-operative and helpful, he guide us a lot And Meanwhile Mr Babu was our personal tour guide and Mentor. He likes to talk about some hidden/naked truth about life, from his experience, and it helped us a lot to enjoy the present moment. Over all Thanks and will recommend to Friends and Family.

The location is in close proximity to all restaurants. Though you need your own transport

The room we stayed was indicated as a cottage. But it was located on the first floor which was not indicated in the photographs. There is no house keeping and no basic toiletries provided. The room was dirty with dust on all furniture The bathroom heater is only 6 liter capacity. So on cold weather, you will be left freezing midway through your bath. We called for cleaning the washrooms since we stayed for 3 days. The cleaner just poured a bucket of water on the floor and said cleaning was done. There is no proper sound proofing in the rooms. There is construction going on in the property which will take atleast 6 months to complete. The property is located on the Banasurasagar Dam road. So people who stay here will be woken up by constant traffic noise and construction work. It was a terrible experience!!!

Good place for family stays,

The property is very pleasant. The host was very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel at home. Homely and cheap food available next door. Can definitely recommend to families and couples. Would stay here again when we come to Wayanad.

Marsim holiday resort is a lovely place, centrally located, ideal to visit all the places in wayanad. Nice 2 bedroom cottages with attached bathrooms, small living room with dining and ideal kitchen in serene surroundings. Adjoining is their restaurant which serves authentic and tasty food. Very suitable for families who love a quite place and have their own conveyance. A very friendly owner who understands the guests needs and cares for them.

Location and cottages were good. Surrounding area was good.

There were cockroaches in kitchen. And dust was there. Bathroom water was muddy. Overall cleanliness was not upto the mark

Descent room, we stayed in 2 BHK. Friendly owner. It had additional mattress and add furnitures. Clean bathroom and all facilities. Near to road. He gave mosquito repellents on request. Also guided us on tourist places and how to plan around. Also has accommodation for driver.

Everything was great, only not many restaurants near by.

Place where it is located is heaven...all green with a swing in the garden...lots of space to roam around...most imp is green everywhere was eye soothing.

It would have more better if we could avail room services

Owner was very kind and good But he charged me extra money for one day more even though I stayed only for 3 nights he took money for 4 nights even though i informed him that I will be checking out 1 day before itself

No refrigerator Bathrooms are not clean was smelling very bad and awful No proper toiletries No proper blankets very it was old and unclean Hot water taps water was very slow Shower had no mixers only cold water in the shower no hot water in the shower Owner charged me extra one day money even after i informed him prior that I will not stay for one day on Saturday night he took money for 4 nights stay but i stayed only for 3 nights
