Gym is not working , spa is not working , the Room Was very cold, there was no hot water in the bathroom, i couldn’t take a shower :(
I think for the this hotel prices are so expensive

The complex offers a lot of possibilities.
Outside pool for adults and another one for children is maybe the main plus regarding the hotel.
The rooms are good also.
The staff could be a little bit more customer-minded and smile a little bit more.
The breakfast is also poor although he is included in the price of the room.

Traveled from USA to visit our family in Kharkiv. Loved the quality and decor of our 1 bedroom suite. We had everything that we needed. Breakfast was good and quality of food at the restaurant was great. We enjoyed all the spa activities and the pool. Rented an outside cabana near the pool which made our afternoon comfortable. Wait staff was always there to refresh our drinks and food orders. Will not look elsewhere when revisiting the area again next time! Thank you Hotel Misto! :)

Could use a little more glasses cups and dishes in the kitchen area. Hotel staff was great and delivered us the extra dishes we needed promptly.

Super nice staff. Access to the pool and facilities included. The location is a bit off the grid but very good restaurants can be reached by a short walk. To be discovered. Trouve.

The Facilities are outstanding , clean area , clean hotel , greeted by the hotel manager. The room is quite big as well and really quiet even we were on the ground floor.

Wifi around the pool area was very slow, the pool was not vert clean, the breakfast was not served properly during our stay. Almost none of the personnel working in the restaurant and and pool bar knew English. It was difficult to communicate.

Large pools the park n large room
Tomany kids in the large pool as there is a pool for kids...
The music in the pool is too loud and the disco type is questionable for relaxing time..
The karaoke was close for private party..nothing was said at the time of booking..
Only some staff at reception speak english as well some waiters...no staff from the pool n spa

The hotel complex is big, although we didn’t try pool and gym. We ordered room service and food was good, especially dessert (Napoleon and cheesecake was great)
The receptionist were helping with early breakfast.
Big room on 2nd floor, but there were a bit smell which was leaving after airing the room.
Coffee machine didn’t work and on the next day it wasn’t fixed.

The ladies at the front desk were great! Family-friendly place. The pool was nice, and the food tasted alright; their burgers were exceptional.
Some of the staff looked angry and didn't smile as much, and in the restaurant, the waiter was either high or really tired.

Old - Staff are a bit Rigid to communicate in english but friendly 😀... smelly resturant floor and elevator.. So dum and needs better lighting and Decoration with new furniture
