Sebastián was very welcoming. The place was spotlessly clean. The location was very central, safe and quiet.
It was perfect. A laundromat closer to the apartment would have been helpful.

The property was perfectly positioned in a beautiful, quiet area within easy reach of everything.
It had excellent facilities and was very well maintained. The owners were very friendly and hospitable with plenty of useful suggestions, and on hand with any help.

Really clean apartment with everything you need to stay away for a few days or more. Lots of nice little touches from Sebastian were appreciated, he was very friendly and welcoming with some good local tips too.
The local area feels really interesting- like you're actually living in the Netherlands, much better compared to a busy hotel in the city

Brilliant location;excellent facilities ,comfortable bed . Owner was there to welcome us and was very friendly. Clean and warm. Close to some good cafes and all main trams and buses.

The apartment is located on a quiet canal section, slightly off center. Easy to reach via bus (to Haarlemmerplein) to tram (to Erste Marnixdwarsstraat), or simply by walking (it's about a 25-minute walk from Dam Square, for example).
There's a supermarket nearby that's open until 22:00 every day, making it easy to shop for groceries.
The host, Sebastian, is very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy.
The kitchen is small, but very well equipped, including even a DeLonghi coffee machine that grinds fresh beans.
The bed is large (160x200, I believe) and very comfortable. There's also a sofa in the "living room" that can be converted into another bed - we used this to accommodate our daughter.
The bedroom does not, unfortunately, have a door.

Sebastian was fantastic -a lovely genuine caring guy.

The bed is amazing, the tv is superb with Netflix included. The rain shower is to die for, not to mention the fantastic coffee machine. Sebastian was very helpfull and explained all about the area. The complimentary bottle of wine was such a nice touch and the place is lovely and warm.

The location was perfect, on a quiet street in an amazing neighborhood, quiet location, the bed was comfortable, the shower nice, everything was clean and decorated nicely, Sebastian was a great host and very helpful. The kitchen equipped with staff for making a nice breakfast and a good coffee machine.
The apt is located on the ground floor. Somehow I missed this info, made me feel less secure, although Sebastian said it’s perfectly safe. The kitchen is very small and doesn’t have a dishwasher so u have to wash your dishes. Other than that, it’s a lovely place, and I would definitely recommend it

The appartment was clean, welcoming, decorated with good taste. There is everything you need, even with a baby or a child. The location is absolutely perfect, calm neighbourhood, not far from a bus and tram station, just in front of a canal. And the host is really nice and available for any need. We loved our stay in this appartment.

Great apartment in a quiet location in a lovely neighbourhood of Amsterdam, a village within a town. Great to be able to have a coffee or meal 'at home' if you fancy staying in in the mornings or evenings. Away from the crowds but still close enough for food shopping, nice cafées, restaurants. I would like to keep it a secret, so we can return many times ;-)
