The hotel is located in an easy accessible part of Paris. The building is immaculate and the staff is phenomenal.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out and was a real gem in the area. The pool was amazing, the bathroom and its facilities really good. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was enjoyable.

THE GOOD The location of the hotel is excellent as it is right off the Champs Elysees and close to metro stops and many great restaurants. The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating The hotel offers a pool and steamroom.The room was well appointed with easy to use lighting controls and an updated bathroom with great shower water pressure. The room actually came with USB ports for charging your phone and tablets. The bed and pillows were perfect. There is actually a closet and shelving for your clothes. The hotel even provided a bottle of Evian water every day in the room. The room was on the fifth floor and was very quiet.

THE BAD The updated bathroom features faucet handles that were completely round, and smooth which made them look modern, but turning them off with wet hands is very difficult. The TV in the room had exactly one channel in English, which was the China global television network CGTN. as an American, I found this very offensive in that I am a tourist here and I speak the second most spoken language on the planet. China is no friend to France or the United States. CGTN is part of the PRC propaganda wing. There was a tablet in the room, but no explanation of what it was supposed to be used for. There was no phone in the room so contacting the front desk meant going downstairs in person this included for room service. Even though the bathroom was new, the paint was already peeling in the shower ceiling. The toilet was located in a separate room from the main bathroom which made washing your hands after using the toilet a bit awkward bit. There was no refrigerator or ice machine. The room is small even for two people. Finally, there is no gym.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Central Paris. Ideally located near 2 metro stations and the champs elysees. Hotel staff are multi-lingual and super friendly. We had 3 rooms in the hotel relatively close together and they upgraded one of the rooms to a gorgeous suite. Luxurious toiletries. We honestly had the best time. Thanks so much for looking after us.

Perhaps there could be a few more hot options at breakfast.

Room was spacious but would need a bit of a refreshment, but totally fine for a short stay.

Amazing place to stay

The bed was so comfortable after a long day of sightseeing!

There was not a mini fridge where we could store some cold items like fresh fruit, cream or water. There were no night stands with drawers that we could put some items in so we had to leave in suitcases.
