Well equipped modern apartment. Friendly and helpful owner.

Shower pressure was weak. Toilet too high. Cleaning not brilliant but adequate.

Ed the lovely host was there to meet us on arrival with the keys and a quick tour of the apartment. Told us useful information regarding public transport, local amenities and eateries then left us to get on with our stay. There was a very handy information pack with instructions for all of the appliances, telephone numbers for taxi firms and menus for local takeaways and pubs. There were also leaflets for nearby tourist attractions.

Spacious bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Outdoor area for eating. Easy bus trip into Bath. Very helpful host.

Great location for Ruh. Very peaceful place. Would recommend.

it was very well stocked with everything we needed. everything to cook a basic meal, tea bags, coffee, sugar, even some milk. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. Our host Ed greeted us when we arrived and gave us some helpful suggestions of what to do while we were there. The property is an easy 10 minute drive into Bath town centre in a lovely, quiet, residential street.

Unfortunately the property needs a good clean. The kitchen area was fine, but the floors were quite dusty in places the bathroom were not great. The shower particularly left a lot to be desired. There were bits of dust and dirt on the walls and floor. We also found a large clump of hair on one of the walls. There were curtains on the bedroom window, but none on the door in the living space leading out onto the back patio. It’s quite private, but we felt some blinds or curtains would have kept the heat in better and also provided a little more privacy.

The property was perfect, couldn’t fault it. lovely location, brilliant and welcoming host. everything you couldn’t possibly need. I definitely recommend staying here. perfect for two people.
