No tolit paper /paper towel / trash bags only 2 towels per person for a week stay and tree wouldnt pillows matress way to old for the money would had a better stay at best western for much less . Not one person in sight or anyone to contact for anything and for week stay had to love outta of suitcase with only one dresser im done here i could go

Location was perfect, off the main strip for privacy, but close enough to everything! Clean! Comfortable bed! Can see a glimpse of the creek from the balcony but the best view is out of the front door. You can see the skybridge, the skylift, and the beautiful mountains. Can't wait to go back!!

very clean, had everything that we needed, decor, privacy.
route you had to take to the Main Street. no directions given. lol. we tried going through parking lots. LOL. Took a day to figure to use the road and no sidewalk behind hotel. no biggie we figured it out. Overall it was great 😊

Too many add on fees. Would have liked it much better to know the total price up front. The view from the balcony was just other nearby balconies.

This was the cutest condo! It was so clean, and the perfect size for my husband and I! It is an awesome location and is walking distance to basically everything you'd want to do/see in downtown Gatlinburg! We hope to be able to stay here again in the future! 10/10!!!!!

The location was perfect for walking everywhere! The view from the entrance was great and they had a key code not a key which made it easier not to get locked out!! Perfect for two people will be staying again! Close to downtown...always location, location, location is the winner! Easy to park on property.
The appearance of the building was a little surprising (needs a good update) compared to the awesome condo we had! Not the best view from balcony. Water issue in shower not draining and wouldn't stop of water running we took shower baths! Called owner and reported but, wasn't enough time between traveler's to get a plumber into fix.

We love the location, the indoor heated pool and our condo! We love this unit because we feel like we are in a chalet, but conveniently located downtown! Best spot ever!
We have no complaints.
