Nice and Clean Rooms. The property is fantastic with a lot of greenery and a whole area to have a walk/comfortable hike. The staff was very helpful and accomodating given that I don't speak russian

No Elevators. Location is away from the main area, about 30 minutes by cab. Restaurant options are very limited, if any. There's often people playing sports so it's sometimes noisy and it's partially residential so there are certain areas you can't go. Bathrooms are tiny.

The location was comforting amongst pine trees. Very green, good to walk in the evenings. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was okayish

Lot of things 1) there were male staff in the hotel but none of them helped us with the luggage transfer 2) no air conditioning in the room. It was suffocating, we were forced to open the windows due to which mosquitoes were entering constantly. It was a pathetic, disappointing and ungrateful experience. 3) no water bottles inside the rooms 4) The swimming pool is paid - like come on!! This is so unacceptable

The rooms were clean and modern. Well equipped.

The receptionist was insanely rude from the moment we entered. She first tried to upcharge us 5% for a tourist fee, despite us insisting that we are here for business. And adding another upcharge of ~%40 more. Finally after our group of 10 decided to leave and find other accomodations, she changed her tune, became apologetic and removed the upcharges. Terrible experience, and I will never come back.

Almaty usually has a smoke fog at winter especially at night, but here you'll have fresh air 24/7 because of spruce trees all around. Rooms are cozy and clean with balconies. Nice breakfast

The place is pretty far from city centre, so you'll have to travel by taxi (thank god its cheap)

I like the location. It is very pleasant, cosy place. It's very good for family stay, very safe.

The documents required for business trip were provided by the hotel with some dificulties. In general it seems everything OK.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Staff doesn't speak English. They used "translator" for all our conversations. Arranged many taxis for me and went out of their way to be of assistance and provide information..The breakfast was OK, but not especially delicious. And every day the same except for different pastries. The grounds have beautiful trees. I saw squirrels. Quiet location away from traffic. The room was huge: more like an apartment with separate lounge room and a balcony facing a tree and lovely grounds - very handy for smoking outside the room. Bathroom large and immaculate clean. Very comfortable bed. It's located far from town centre, but taxis can be very cheap if not at peak hour. Despite the issues below, I still recommend this hotel. Good value for money. NOTE: Choose time of year not too hot or too cold.

Terrible shame that the room doesn't have either a fan or Air-conditioning. It was very hot even with window and balcony door open.. Couldn't sleep the first night until it cooled down...Fortunately, the next days the outside temperature dropped a few degrees and inside the room was comfortable. No fruit juice or fruits for Breakfast. If you arrive for breakfast after 9am - you miss out on food items. They do not top up hot food items. Terrible shame they do not have an ATM on site.
