Good location and good breakfast

The bathroom in the room was one metre wide, very uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was good but there were only two time slots for breakfast: 08:00 or 08:45. They were not flexible at all with check-in time.

Clean room, very nicely decorated, comfy bed and lovely hot shower!

Fabulous location. lovely clean hotel. Great breakfast. cooked fresh when we arrived to breakfast. Super welcoming owners. warm cosy room with an amazing view of Skiddaw!

The only thing that let it down was the shower. Not powerful and kept going hot &cold. but the rest of the stay more than made up for this.

Fantastic breakfast. Full selection of an English breakfast cooked for us and also continental offerings also. Bread/toast, tea/coffee, yogurts all available to help ourselves. Non-Diary also available which was a great touch. Perfect start to the day. Rooms were a great size and very comfy. Amenities were topped up each day and cleaned also. Ability to use the B&B 24/7 was fantastic meaning we had flexibility of our stay. Perfect location into Keswick with less than 5min walk. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly asking questions and offering local advice on things to do. Superb stay overall and would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you.

The owners were lovely, chatty and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of nice touches like Herdy mugs. Great, large windows. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

You couldn't open the window very wide, which was difficult for our stay during a heatwave but ultimately this was a very unusual problem to have! Overall a really pleasant stay.

Friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Great secure storage for 2 bicycles. Very modern and well furnished. Breakfast was really excellent. A lovely recommended guest house.

Would have liked an earlier option for breakfast to get an earlier start on the day.

Cooked Breakfast perfectly sized for tackling the area as it left us feeling energised and ready to take on the day. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, though I will note for other guests, room #6 has an unusual en-suite set up! Location is truly excellent for walking into the town centre to enjoy the facilities.

Vanessa & Paul were wonderful hosts, keeping in contact before our arrival. Vanessa gave us clear guidance to help us enjoy our stay. We parked close to our venue.Everything was delivered to the highest of standards,with a genuine warmth.Rooms were well immaculate & spacious, with all facilities & extras available for us. Beds were comfortable & spotless.Breakfast was excellent.Excellent value for money. Would I recommend? Absolutely & without hesitation. Will we return? Absolutely.

Modern, bright and super comfortable bed with quality linen/towels/crockery, lovely, friendly hosts and a fantastic breakfast. Beautiful view of Skiddaw from room 4. Quiet area.

I liked everything and I’m hard to please!

Vanessa is a very welcoming host and the location is excellent for all of Keswick’s attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and bright.

The bathroom was a little squashed. I’m not sure how a tall person would fit in.

Great hosts, so helpful and made to feel very welcome.

All good and planning to return later in the year.
