Sehr gut gelegen, Parkplätze aber eher Mangelware. Der Grund für uns dort zu übernachten, waren die vielen Schlafzimmer. Nette Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern, wobei eins recht klein war. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und sehr zufrieden.

location was excellent

We informed the contact about our arrival time at the time of booking and it was confirmed as ok (we arrived at 4 p.m., at the location at 5 p.m.). We called from the airport at arrival to tell that we will be there in 1 hour, as agreed. Despite all this, we had to wait on the street for nearly 1 hour in cold, no place to sit, with all the luggage and 4 kids. The person stopped answering our calls and at the end sent someone as replacement. The cleaning was not properly done, we saw plenty of hair in the corners, bathroom sink had some strange things stuck to it and the kitchen felt simply not inviting to touch anything and dark. The furniture was cheap and not comfortable. The mattress of the double bed was really not good. The blinds were pealing off. We were kicked off at 11 a.m. exactly because the other group was already waiting downstairs, so we concluded that there will be about 30 minutes cleaning performed for an apartment of 10 people including changing the sheets as max. All in all, extremely overpriced, dirty place with not customer oriented staff.

Some of the doors of the rooms do not close because the bed is too long and it stays at the way of the door. That makes the noise from the bathroom and the hallway come straight in the rooms.

The flat is very VERY poorly maintained. Reality doesn't match presented photos at all (maybe taken a decade ago?). Basic amenities are falling apart (iron, kettle, fridge), squeaky beds like a thunderstorm at night, cleaning was not done properly (dusty floors) and we were even locked out of the apartment once, as we've received a key that didn't work. It's a shame, as the flat has a lot of potential given the location and spectacular views, if only maintenance was up to standard. I regret booking this flat, there are much better choices out there.
