The location with the beach right out the door is excellent.

This is what Booking as well as potential customers needs to know… there are 2 divisions of ESJ Towers, but go under the one name. One is the hotel & one is more of a VRBO type rental. I ended up w/ the rental. This needs to be clearer when booking. Apt was dirty. Used soap in shower, dirty wash cloth hanging, towels tossed about, one bed no flat sheet. I couldn’t address this when we arrived, because it was 11:30pm. The following day was able to talk w/ the manager of the VRBO side. At that time she met me for new towels & sheets. Just a bit of caution when booking this property. The restaurant, bar, & pool on property isn’t open. Coffee, water, snacks are available through a vending machine. This side has graffiti visible on side of property visible from terrace.

There was no pool and I would have loved to swim in a pool because I don’t swim in beach water. Also the laundry room wasn’t available for use because the lady that has the tokens is not there on the weekend.

I was told before booking the pool is out of commission…. wasn’t told how gross the pool/hot tub area would look! It was directly below our balcony and we just laughed because it looked so bad. The canopies are falling apart and it just looked filthy. Also, we were not told the restaurant, bar, cafe, and game room were also closed down. That is one of the reasons we booked this place. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, something sticky in the fridge, and the microwave looked like it had been used that morning. Would only recommend if someone is only staying the night and planning on not spending too much time in the room.

Excellent accommodation, convenient and clean.

Location is great, the view from the room is breath taking, the room is a little dated, but it was clean and was easy to do check in and out.

Maybe the place needs more towels, there is no room service so they should offer more items to make your staying even more comfortable. And no swimming pool.

I was charged more for less days. I statred at 4 days for a little over $300 %, THEN WAS CHARGED OVER $400 FOR 2 DAYS!

I like that everything such as shopping centers were close by. The ocean was just a walking distance. Washer and dryer, utensils was provided.

I was worried about towels which make a hotel choice more favorable.

Our studio was perfect! The location was ideal & it was very apparent that great care was taken in preparing the room. The room & the building overall was very clean & really felt like a 2nd home. Communication was great! If I had a question about anything, response was quick & personable. The owner was very kind & reassuring that everything was ready for our arrival, which turned out to be later than expected due to travel delay…& it was! This was my 1st trip to P.R. & our stay at ESJ was the best hands down. We intend to come back & ESJ is definitely where we’d love to stay on our next trips there. Thanks for making a very special trip even more memorable

The elevator could be a bit unpredictable in its stops…not unsafe, just would skip our floor sometimes.

The AC blow directly on the bed. Makes sleeping uncomfortable.

1) Swimming pool was not working during our stay. 2) Our flight got delayed until the next day and we were charged for a day we did not stay. The response we got was ”sorry no refund”.

Breakfast was not included

Pool was closed. Front desk staff were rude. Room in front of 165 kept slamming the door all hours of the day.
