The Mimosa brunch was phenomenal, the access to beach chairs and boogie boards and bikes, in combination with the 2 pools, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and overall vibe put this hotel over the top, not to mention proximity to the beach!

Maybe more sanitation on chairs and common areas, COVID in mind.

A very homely experience, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. My room was spacious with a kitchen and large bathroom. The location is near a nice beach ⛱

I was free to come an go as I pleased. I felt comfortable being who I was and safe to show me as I wanted its a safe place the owners are very friendly and the owner V will get you connected to the right people and places you will enjoy your trip

Somehow we always missed conversation time an hang time with the host lol. Kinda hard getting a uber at times. Love our lil apartment home away from home but the last night I guess was filter pool and the pool system was right next to our bed window so it was a lil hard to sleep that night lol

Our stay in Coqui del Mar was an unforgettable one. It was the best decision we made to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We wanted to disconnect and escape from the routine. The place is perfect to relax and have a unique experience. Rob and Vianney were excellent hosts and it was an honor to share with them during our stay. The brunch was exquisite and the mimosas refreshing. Coquito and Tahoe are the pets of the place and they are charming. They are playful, harmless and you can feel their love through their innocent eyes. We will definitely go back. Thank you Coqui del Mar for making us feel at home. Hugs and kisses. Chris and Wil

Friendly staff, great rooms and grounds, wonderful amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gay friendly hotel in San Juan. They also offer great tours and events with a gay twist.

The host have so much knowledge about Puerto Rico & all the happenings that any question you have they could help you with. Also conveniently located near everything. Most things were no longer than a 20 min drive away max.

Rob and V are great hosts. Very generous, open, inclusive and welcoming.

Breakfast could have offered more. Yogurt, toast, cereal, and oatmeal was not enticing.

Pools could have been cleaner. Posted quiet hours were also not observed. Rooms were not cleaned everyday, but understandable with COVID.

Owners are super nice and vested in their guests and guest house! Luis was also a super big help and very easy on the eyes. Playful ‘miracle’ dog was a bone-us.

Coqui del Mar is a great property with wonderful amenities...jacuzzi, swimming pools, sun bathing areas and access to free bikes. The spacious Tropical Cabana suite worked well for me as a solo guest. I enjoyed my stay.
