Cause the next staff didn't refund my money..i pay for 3 night but i only stay there 1 night because i have emergency that time

I've pay the same price with a bigger room and a cold room at other homestay penampang area.. I've told the staff about the room n need to change it but im so disappointed they give me the same room.. the staff claimed my room was very cold🙄the room felt like living in a box..the ac not working even though the temperature is 16c...never expect the room with that price.. 1st n my last staying in this hotel.. tq..
