The restaurant has a limited food menu which is sad. In addition no low carb or sugar free options. The window sills of the hotel in house restaurant are not clean, dead insects and dust accumulating and the wooden blinds not dusted what seems to benin a while. (I did bring it to the manager of duty's attention.

That breakfast should not take long to be served as o had to stand in a long que qhich was comprised of squashed hotel guests.

The fact that I had to stand on a quest for the chef to cook the breakfast I had ordered as same should have either been a buffet or self service... I also dnt like the fact that the aircon was not working

Unfortunately there was miss-communication between hotel and ourselves and on arrival our booking was not there. They didn't have additional rooms, BUT really went out of their way to book us a room in another hotel at the same rate. That was a HUGE plus, because otherwise we would not have had a place to stay for the evening. Much appreciated and ten stars to the staff for assisting us!
