Une magnifique villa magnifiquement rénovée récemment située dans le quartier résidentiel du marché de Santa Maria Estate à Mellieha, située sur plus de 1000m2 de terrain. Cette propriété lumineuse, spacieuse et bien aménagée bénéficie d'une vue fantastique. L'hébergement comprend au rez de chaussée un hall d'accueil, cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et grand salon, 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de bains dont deux ensuite.
Un escalier moderne mène au premier étage où l'on peut trouver une grande chambre avec salle de bains donnant sur une grande terrasse environnante surplombant le pays et les vues lointaines de la mer sur Comino et Gozo (les deux autres îles de Malte). À l'arrière de la Villa on peut trouver une grande piscine avec des chaises longues et un jacuzzi. La villa est entièrement exploitée par Solar Energy et WIFI est disponible.
La villa est située à proximité des supermarchés et de l'arrêt de bus en direction de Ghadira Bay (10min) et Paradise Bay (15min). L'aéroport est l'aéroport international de Malte, à 20 km de la villa.

We stayed for 5 nights whilst visiting a music festival.
The check in process was simple and made all the more enjoyable by meeting Kevin and his wife at the house on our arrival.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The house is fantastic and the photos do not do it justice.
The pool is large and spacious and the hot tub perfect for relaxing in the evening.
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and they are very large!
All in all it was a fabulous experience from start to finish.

Had a lovely stay at the Villa with a group of 7 adults and a 2 year toddler. The property was a great setting for us to relax and unwind during our time in Malta. It's really spacious, with a large living room and kitchen area which was great for relaxing in during the heat of the day (especially with the toddler) if you didn't fancy relaxing by the pool. Which again is a great size, perfect for an early morning swim and also the steps on either side going into the pool were really useful for our 2 year old as it meant he could come into the pool and stand up.
We spent a lot of time in the outside space either by the pool, enjoying a BBQ or spending time in the evening chatting and enjoying life around the large table. Plus there's an outdoor shower which a great novelty for us coming from the UK.
All the bedrooms in the villa are a decent size (most are on the ground floor) and of course there is the huge master bedroom upstairs, which has an amazing view.
The villa is a walkable distance to Mellieħa and a large supermarket, as we had a rental car it meant we could get around easily and not have to walk back with shopping. However I believe the Wellbee's supermarket offers a delivery service if needed.
Our host Kevin was a top guy, he met us at check in and made sure we knew where everything was etc. It was a nice touch of him to message a few days into the stay to make sure we were settled in nicely.
We'd be happy to come back again!

The house lives up to the pictures and more. It’s super comfortable with nice design, very nice rooms and private bathrooms. The yard and pool and privacy are great. Good location and very nice at tentative hosts. AC works perfectly. We enjoyed everything about the house very much.

Our second stay at Shells Villa as just as great this time. Host is friendly and communicated regularly to ensure everything was ok. Villa was spotless. Location excellent location for heading up and down the East coast. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in the main town and shirt drive to the beach. Thoughly recommended.

I booked the villa for a group of friends to use as a sort of base camp between activities. We enjoyed the villa so much we spent the whole Saturday there, enjoying the pool using the bbq. It was perfect. Thierry and Kevin were always on hand if we had any questions and the villa had everything we need.

What a tremendous break we had staying here - it was a perfect family holiday villa in a great location to explore the island. The villa was equipped with everything that is needed for a holiday away from home, and its layout is ideal for both entertaining, yet also at the same time giving everyone enough space. The pool is terrific, with numerous loungers around it, allowing for the whole family to be poolside at anyone time! The hosts were superb from our arrival, to any queries we had throughout the trip, and making check out very easy indeed. A wonderful holiday had by all!

It is a very spacious villa that offers everything you need. Great place to relax and a perfect base for Malta day trips. Thierry and Kevin were super hosts. They were always reachable (before and during our stay). The pictures are reflecting the reality, and the villa even felt bigger than we expected from the pictures. Further, there is a modern jacuzzi/whirlpool that you do not see on the pictures, which was a great addition to the pool. We loved it so much.
Overall, great villa, superb hosts, and a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, Kevin and Angela were very attentive - specific breakfast cereal for the kids, jumped on an issue with the pool. The pictures of the villa really don’t do it justice, it is much nicer. Good location, not far from Mellieha but you do need a car. Bugibba is not somewhere to recommend but Valletta is and its a 30 minute drive. Hard to fault the villa and Kevin and Angela, it really feels like home.

What an amazing property. Everything was perfect. Kevin was there to meet us and show us around and had a welcome pack waiting for us, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel.
The House:
It’s even better than the photos and is in a quiet cul de sac. It has a great open plan living space downstairs with a sliding glass wall to the front. 3 good sized bedrooms downstairs and an amazing master suite upstairs. The TV also had sports channels.
The Outside:
So many areas to sit out. Including the very large upstairs veranda looking out on Gozo, perfect for morning breakfast in the shade and evening sun. The front garden has lovely bean bags under the trees for grabbing a coffee, finally the back pool area was fantastic. Sun all day around the pool, a large dining table, and BBQ area. To top it off there is a separate hot tub.
Location:
The house is in a quiet residential area but 2 good sized supermarkets very close by. Also lots of restaurants and beaches within a short drive.
Overall;
It was a perfect location for us. If you want a bit of luxury in the sun, this is the spot!

This villa was ideal for our family consisting of parents, two adult sons and their girlfriends, and our teenage daughter.
Plenty of living space indoors and outdoors and each room had its own bathroom.
Outside, the pool was a welcome respite from the heat (there was a heatwave during our stay), and although there was a hot tub, we didn't use that - the water in the pool was warm anyway.
Everything had been thought of, from dressing gowns and toiletries, to all the equipment you need in a kitchen.
The hosts were wonderful, showing us around when we arrived and keeping in touch during our stay to check everything was ok.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Spacious villa, great pool
The photos don’t do the villa justice. It’s even nicer than it looks. The villa is modern and spacious and the pool is fab. The owners were very responsive and flexible throughout our stay.

A perfect home away from home
We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful home. We were two young families with four small kids and the house was so spacious, so comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to feel right at home.
The swimming pool was stunning and the kids loved it. There were lots of toys already there for them to play with which was a bonus. The outside area with sun loungers, sun canopies and towels was fabulous.
The air con was excellent quality and we also loved the huge veranda doors at the front and back, that offered a delightful fresh breeze through the house.
We had a small baby and because the house was so well insulated, everybody slept great and didn’t hear a peep from each other’s rooms.
The hosts were fabulous and so helpful and even arranged to buy and deliver flowers for one of our guests.
We would definitely recommend this villa and will stay here again if we ever come back to Malta :)

Young group of 8 of us just visited from London, the whole villa was kept in pristine condition and the rooms are well refurbished which made it an excellent stay. AC/kitchen amenities/TV very good , wifi was a tad slow.
The pool is superb and the Malta weather means it wasn't a problem that it wasn't heated. The two hosts are very quick to respond and provided us with good advice of what to do and see.
Luckily Transport links /shops/pubs are close by despite Mellieha being a bit further out.
Loved it and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful house, everything we expected and more!
The house was perfect, modern, spacious and the pool was ideal! So close to the shops and restaurants of Mellieha (about a 5 minute walk to the supermarket). We loved our weeks stay and would recommend the shells to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Hallo,
Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche auf Malta und waren sehr begeistert von der großzügigen Gestaltung des Hauses sowie vom Pool in dem richtiges schwimmen kein Problem ist.
Toll ist auch das der Pool mit Meer Wasser gefüllt wurde also keine Chlor Augen.
Die Lage ist sehr Central mit Blick auf das Meer.
Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Luxueuze uitvalsbasis voor een prima vakantie
Communicatie met de verhuurders verliep vlot en prettig waarbij ze zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf zich zeer behulpzaam hebben opgesteld.
De woning zelf is schitterend en ruim genoeg voor 8 volwassenen. In tuin is altijd wel een plekje in de zon of de schaduw te vinden en anders kan binnen altijd de verwarming of de airco nog aan. Op 5 tot 10 minuten loopafstand zitten meerdere supermarkten en wat barretjes. Op 15-30 minuten zit je min of meer in het centrum van Mellieha.

Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Groß, sauber, super Lage,
4 teils riesige Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder mit Toilette, eine weitere Toilette
und Dusche im Außenbereich, sehr große und schöne Terrasse, mit
Pool, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und eine Grillecke mit funktionierenden
Gasgrill, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und nicht zu vergessen der
auch sehr große und elegante Koch-, Eß- und Wohnbereich.

Amazing villa with very good location!
This villa suited our big family of 8 people perfectly! We were able to both relax and have fun by the big pool and challenge each other in pingis. The house was very fresh and you got a hotel-feeling with the bathrobes and soaps by the showers. The kitchen was perfect and we ate at home most of the week.
We highly recommend this villa for a great vacation! A big thanks to Kevin Milla and his lovely familiy for this great week, we really appreciate your good service.
