Good- just didn’t like the apartment complex or the neighbourhood. Apartment unit was good tho.

Enrique is a very good hast and acted to sort out the small problems we had.The apartment is accurately described and we mostly enjoyed our stay. However,the building which houses the apartment is in a pretty poor condition and I would describe it as being ,social housing'.We didn't feel threatened or anything like that but its just not very pleasent..The reception area is horrible (as is the lift).BUT,as soon as you're through the door of the apartment itself,its great!

Appartement bien aménagé et bien situé. À proximité de la Cité des arts et des sciences, de la plage. Tout près de lautobus pour se rendre au centre historique de la ville. Supermarché juste en-dessous. Bon choix pour séjourner à Valence.

Situation dans un quartier agréable (Mercadona, boulangerie, primeur et autres commodités à 2 pas, restos variés) avec arrêt de bus 35 devant l'immeuble direction le centre-ville (visite du vieux Valence et accès arènes, Mairie, Office de Tourisme, monuments principaux et marché central). Proche de la Cité des Sciences et de l'Océanografic (à pied avec des enfants de 8,5 et 13 ans), des centres commerciaux tels que le Corté Inglés… A quelques min des plages en voiture, et du Parc Naturel d'Albufera. Un peu bruyant certaines nuits !

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Not very centrally located but close to several bus lines.

Enrique's apartment was very comfortable place for our family of 4. We enjoyed every minute of stay there. Apartment is placed in very pleasant neighbourhood verry close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias which is a great facility. I hope to book there again as we love the city and apartment was great place to discover it. Close to metro station. Plenty of cafeterias, great Mexican restaurant. Mercadona supermaket with all you may need next door to the apartment block. Enrique and Monica are very helpful and friendly - although we had no problems with our stay their attitude is guaranteeing me any issue would be resolved immediately.

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Alles benötigte war vorhanden. Enrique haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt; waren aber mit ihm per email im Kontakt. Einziges Manko: das Nachbarhaus wird derzeit renoviert und es gab Baustellenlärm. Zweimal wurde um 10 Uhr das Wasser abgestellt; leider ohne Vorwahnung.

this apartment is so well cared for and loved. everything inside is brand new and has been given much thought. the decor is warm and inviting. the hosts are so kind and helpful. you will love them! there are a lot of renovations being done on the outside, so don't be alarmed at how different the exterior is compared to the interior. (as mentioned by other guests). the subway is a 10 minute walk and the city of arts and sciences is a 10 minute walk the other direction. lots of restaurants are near and a fabulous grocery store is just under the apartment. we discovered UBER and were so happy! they pick you up right at the front of the apartment and take you to the city center for around 5 or 6 euros. after lots of walking, this was so great. one tip if staying in the colder months, bring warm clothes for inside. it was really cold inside. there is a space heater and an air conditioner unit that also is a heater, but it was hard for us to warm up. have fun in valencia!

The apartment is beautiful, everything needed for your stay is provided, all furnishings and equipment are brand new. Excellent wifi connection/speed. Do not be put off by the outside appearance, the apartment block is currently undergoing external renovations. You will not be disappointed with the apartment inside. Booking process and communication with Enrique was very good and the welcome from Monica on arrival was great. The apartment is located close to the Arts & Science area, with metro station nearby to get to the old town, would recommend metrobono card (10 journeys for 22euros, including to/from airport) for getting around, Many thanks to Enrique and Monica for a most enjoyable stay in Valencia.

Modern deco, very clean & perfectly situated for getting around Valencia. Enrique is lovely too! Supermarket next to it & we caught buses to the beach & old town. Fantastic central location, would defo stay again

Lovely apartment, looked just as in the pictures. Enrique was lovely and responded quickly if we needed him. The apartment is only a 10 mins walk to Turia Gardens/Arts & Sciences area so good location, there is a Supermarket in the shops below the apartment block so very handy. Lovely trip - Valencia is a beautiful old & new city.

The flat is in a older (70s?) building in keeping with the area. It is above a large Mercedona supermarket (closed Sundays) and there are other smaller shops nearby including a garage which maybe 24hr. The flat itself has plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children, could comfortably accommodate 4 adults I should think. It was nicely decorated and in good condition. There was everything we need to self cater and the beds were comfortable, although a couple of extra pillows would have been nice. The flat is located in a quiet area about 15 minutes stroll from Oceanographic, the Arts and Science buildings and Gulliver Park. There is a metro station about 10 minutes away and buses nearby as well as a bike hire shop just over the road. There are number of nice bakeries nearby for coffee and a cake! We found the flat and Valencia in general to be very family friendly the pavements were wide, cycling is easy with cycle lanes everywhere and no hills. Even though it is a big city there seemed to be very little traffic. Communication with Enrique was easy via Whatsapp and Google Translate, he met us at the flat with the keys with perfect timing and we muddled through with my pigeon Spanish although everything was self explanatory really. We had a great time in Valencia, highly recommended!

This apartment, while located in a worn building, has been renovated and is pleasant, well-appointed and comfortable. Only 900 meters walk from the fantastic Insitut Oceanografic and right around the corner from several bus lines on Valencia’s excellent transit system- this is a great starting point for exploration. The downsides are a lack of parking (but street parking is usually available within a reasonable distance) and a two-elevator trip to get to the apartment. Groceries are literally next door and eateries very close by. Owners do not speak English but their son does. They are welcoming and helpful though. We’d come back if returning to Valencia.
