The place is located in an upscale area of Tbilisi in a good location. The 1 bedroom apartment had one queen bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The apartment had a small kitchen, bar stools & table, washing machine & stove. It has a small balcony with a good city view. There was no microwave. The apartment was spacious and has most of the items for a small family for a short stay. The bedroom is a narrow on one side at the corner of the bed, there is very little space between the bed and the wall/tv to walk (about 1 foot only), so if you are not careful, you can easily get hit by either the corner of the bed or the TV. Please note that the apartment is an individual apartment listed on booking.com and not part of the Ameri Plaza hotel. There is a Spar at the corner of the road and a bus stop in front of the apartment.

The apartment does not have service from the Ameri Plaza hotel as it is not part of the hotel apartments. Breakfast is not included and is charged separately per person at the restaurant. The hotel cannot provide any toiletries, shampoo, pillows, etc., as it is not part of the hotel's apartments. The apartment also has dust mites and requires a thorough deep cleaning. There was a small honey comb in the balcony with some bees. As the main entrance of the apartment opens into a bus lane onto the main road, taxis cannot stop directly in front of the hotel, they stop at the road corner near Spar, which is not the most convenient to book a taxi. In case one wants to get baggage, there is a back gate, which takes time to open as the gate takes 5-10 minutes to open.

The apartment owner Tsira is so nice and cooperative. She's always there to offer services.

Our stay was excellent, I strongly recommend. Location is excellent. Manager was so supportive and ready to help in her capacity. We requested extra pillow and blanket, she managed to bring even the staff was not on duty. I would say, if you are with family, then you are at safe hands in this hotel, strongly recommend.

Rooms were small. It was difficult to move in a room. Since we didn't had other sitting area, kids ate cherries on the bed and some spots got left on bed, we were asked to pay the penalty in case they are not able to wash. Hotel is good, Enjoy your stay, but be careful about using utilities.
