Great location in front the municipal beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants. The staff who met us at the arrival was very professional and courteous, and he provided us with lots of useful tips during our stay.

Impossible to park at the apartment, the closest parking is about 10 minutes walk. No shutters at the windows of the bedroom with balcony. The window of the second bedroom opens on an inner tiny court, it practically faces a wall. And when you open it and the bathroom window, a bad smell comes in, as from the toilet.

We liked the location, we had stayed in the area before and it was very nice. The apartment is just across from the beach, with all restaurants just downstairs, its the perfect location. Bus stop to and from the airport was just in front. It was decently clean, but not perfect. The wifi was good. The furniture in the bedrooms was ok, but overall could be improved, it's starting to get old. They provided towels for both bath and for the beach - they were really useful. There is air conditioning in all rooms and worked well. The bathroom was basic but clean, there is a water boiler that works fine you just need to set it in advance to heat water (min 15mins for a 2 person amount of water). No toiletries provided and not even enough toilet paper, we just bought stuff when we arrived. The best part is that the apartment has 2 balconies facing the sea and it's a nice view. The host was nice, he met us at the starbucks downstairs and the process was super fast. We paid via credit card with booking directly.

Unfortunately, what the pictures don't show is that the second bedroom, not facing the sea, has no proper window. It has NO natural light, and its window faces a 2x2m shaft to let air in. There was trash thrown down there, totally horrible. This is the main reason for my low rating, we hated it because of that. If two couples use this, it's clear that someone gets the better deal with a lovely sea view, while the other room has no natural light. We expected a difference, other places instead had the rooms facing an inner courtyard which was not pretty, but this one literally faces a ventilation shaft! The apartment had water damage in the living room, the floors were damaged and not replaced but covered with a piece of fake-wood looking plastic. The kitchen did have all you needed (pots, pans, plates, a stove top and oven) but we saw cockroaches, and when we accidentally left a sandwich out for a couple of hours it was covered in ants - our mistake, but the apartment has a problem if this happened so fast, it was not left overnight. The bedsheets were clean but worn out, with tears and stains from repeated wash. To note that the air conditioning in the two bedrooms was linked and this caused issues for us as we did not want the same temperature in both, but perhaps not everyone minds this.

Excellent location, the best location in Larnaca. Right at the Finikoudes beach, with sea view, what a beautiful view. The property was very clean, and excellent to stay in. The staff was very friendly and kind, even treated us to some nice Greek sweets and cakes. I would 100% recommend for anyone to pick this property, you will be very happy 😊

Friendly owners, comfortable mattresses, there are everything you need in a kitchen, very good place and fantastic view to the sea. We really reccomend this apartment if you like comfort.

Noisy from the street, but if you want to stay in the center with restaurants and beach, you can't avoid it.
