The room was clean and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great service. All over it was very nice hotel.

Matrices weren't good, no light in the washroom , they even hadn't provided the complimentary breakfast, I had talked to booking.com regarding this and u people had said to refund the money and has not done yet

The pics mentioned by the property are totally fake as compared to current situation in that hotel. The pics uploaded are of the years back time when the hotel was made. I was unaware about all this that in morning 5am when i reached from Rajasthan to ghaziabad from my car i did the formalities of check in and i was surprised that the room was so dirty and the toilet was disgusting, the walls were fully spitted by gutka paan etc, bedsheets and blankets were giving unbearable smell , i was so angry by seeing all this i thought that my 1100rs wasted and i didn't got anything in return, within 15mins of check in i left the hotel and took the another hotel in that location. Seriously if you are coming with your family then this hotel is not made for you, and if you have majburi also in the cheap price then also don't Make advance payment first see the room before check in and after that decide that the hotel is comfortable for you or not. I learnt a big lesson from this incident when i was very tired by driving 800km continuously from my car night driving and reached in morning 4.30am.
