Cottage in Cottonwoods Crossing
Très bien situé dans la communauté résidentielle de Cottonwood Crossing à Gilbert au large de Greenfield et Warner. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage divisé, est entièrement meublé et juste à côté du parc communautaire isolé avec un accès facile au canal d'eau pour la marche ou le vélo. Près de toutes sortes de centres commerciaux, y compris San Tan Village Mall. L'ameublement comprend une laveuse, une sécheuse et une télévision haute définition de 58 pouces. Les petits appareils (autocuiseur, mixeur, etc.) sont inclus dans les locations à court terme seulement. Wifi, eau et électricité inclus. Demandez l'offre spéciale si vous réservez plus de 45 jours. The host and home was very accommodating. I felt very at home. There was comfort, all the necessary equipment for daily comfort, tvs, washer dryer, dishwasher, (fully equipped kitchen) large back yard, nearby park, Planet Fitness was down the street and Ethan gave us a guest pass. Plenty to see and do. I took my great grandchildren to Fat Cats for a day of fun and utilized the park.

This Gilbery home was exactly what my mother and I needed for outlr mother-daughter vacation. It was close to the airport and a 30-45 minute drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. Great walking paths nearby, neighbors were quiet, and it had all the accommodations we needed.

We throughly enjoyed our visit. Appreciated the two bedroom two bath house. Plus, we were able make a christmas dinner for the family. Quiet property. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Property is as listed.

Very pleasant stay,quiet location.New washer,dryer fridge & dishwasher.Well equipped but could use some wine glasses. Perfect for one or two couples.

friendly and responsive to all issues.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet home on cul-de-sac with nearby trails, canal, and dog park. Even the a/c was quiet! Loved the filtered water. Owner responded quickly to our emails and calls.
