Everything we needed was there for us, ideally placed for the town centre and eating out in the evening. Great communications with the owner. Quiet once inside even though you are close to the town.

The apartment is self sufficient Nice clean bathroom Comfory bed and a nice mounted telly with Netflix 4 mins away from the market place A nice desk for office work Sufficient car parking space Fast WiFi And the host is a lovely professional person. Value for money! Will definitely use it again

Studio is located in quite a run down block in Basingstoke. There are much nicer more modern flats, with more space and costing the same or less, available in the area. The studio itself was OK but very dated, best thing was the comfy bed and nice shower. I wasn't too bothered by this as I've stayed in much worse! However, on top of all this when I arrived a member of staff called me to say the parking permit had been taken by the previous guest but it would be OK to park. Next day I found a ticket on my car so contacted the staff and he said he would sort it out or pay the ticket for me. I heard nothing. I contacted him again on 8th of June to ask for an update but, as of 16th June, he has read my text but chosen to ignore it! Very poor customer service as well as very average accommodation that is overpriced for what it is. Won't be staying again.

Alex (owner) was very helpful and accommodating when I contacted him. Flat in very central location close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Host was very easy to communicate and gave excellent instructions. The property is in a good location with parking.

Cleanliness was an issue. The property was grubby and there appears to be an issue with the drains in the shower area. This bubbled up leaving debris in the shower tray.
