Location of the property is fantastic. The apartment was very clean and Mafalda looked after every detail. She even had lunch and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Fresh fruit and fresh baked goods. We will definitely be back. We were offered pickup at the airport which I would highly recommend. Overall experience was amazing 👍

The apartment is spacious, light, bright, clean and truly could not have been in a better location with gorgeous views the times we weren't out and about! This place is the perfect package. Nestled in the hear of Lisbon, it is walking distance from everything worth visiting. The iconic tram 28 has a stop at the door of the building. For a perfect day, you would hop on in the morning, and get lost in Lisbon, making your way back home in the evening. The views are unparalleled. Lisbon’s roofs, it’s river, it’s landmarks and it’s life are all in your windows, for a vibrant and ever changing view. The apartment is spacious, luxurious, clean, and everything works. Mafalda will ensure that your fridge is stocked on arrival (complimentary) and a cleaning lady services the apartment on weekdays, so it feels you are in a hotel (complimentary also). The most rewarding part of the experience is getting to be Mafalda’s guest. She thinks of every thing, from the driver waiting with your name at the airport, to the electrical plug adapters tucked away in a small drawer. She will not take longer than a few minutes to respond to your queries, and is every so helpful and engaged. We felt safe and supported and worry-free during our stay. Thank you for who you are and how you understand immersive family travel. Honestly- look no further.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was great. There was plenty of space for my family of 5. The views of the river were amazing, and the location was convenient to walk to everything. Also, when we did need to contact the property manager, she was really quick to get back to us. I highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay at this location. The apartment itself has superb views, an ideal location, and is clean, bright, and lovely. Mafalda was a superb host. Many little nice touches (food for breakfast after our overnight arrival, a bottle of wine, daily cleaning service, reaching out to see if we needed anything). The apartment is literally on the Tram 28 line, with a stop just outside the door. Many nice restaurants and sites within easy walking distance. Truly a wonderful spot!!!!

Amazing apartment with panoramic views of the Tagus River. The apartment is in the perfect location and very easy to find. It is so clean, bright and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the food purchased for us so we had breakfast for our first morning. Everything was fantastic.

Very nice place to stay, especially for a large family like ours. The property is beautifully furnished and comfortable, all amenities are provided and convenient, the views over the River and Cais are spectacular, and you are a few blocks from great eating markets in Cais like "Take Out". Other downtown neighborhoods like the Baixa, Chiado, the Bairro Alto--even the Alfama and the Castelo de Sao Jorge--are all within walking distance. And, there's a trolley stop right outside the front door! Don't even get me started on what a beautiful city Lisbon is...

We could not have been happier with our stay in Lisbon. A bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and food for our first breakfast awaited us as we walked through the door. After a long trip with unexpected delays, our host’s thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The apartment was just as described. The location was perfect; famous Tram 28 is easily accessible. This apartment had everything we needed. The accomodations were perfect. 1 million dollar views that are spectacular. The Location was close to so many things to see and do. The apartment was spotless. And Mafalda was always available to answer any questions and to help out with transfers and tours. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that visits Lisbon. Our group loved this place. This top floor unit is in an outstanding location close to a metro station and cool places galore. Malfada is an amazing host. The place was clean, well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, nicely decorated and has an incredible view.

This is actually a penthouse- amazing views of the Tagus and all of the activities that happen on the river. The space is bright and very well appointed. Malfalda has thought of everything. We appreciated the welcome wine and food to cover us for breakfast in the morning. The location is walkable to all of the sights in Lisboa, and transport is easy- tram 28 right in front of the apartment building and easy to get taxi’s or Uber. Did I mention the views? They are amazing. The space is perfect for 3 couples. Easy up on a small elevator too- one flight up after the elevator to the apartment is not a problem. I also appreciated daily housekeeping during the weekdays- the apartment is very clean and well maintained. Great value- better than a 5 star hotel!! Stop looking for your perfect place to stay in Lisboa- you just found it here!! Thanks for making our stay in Lisboa special!

This is a fabulous apartment full of light with stunning views of the harbor. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is decorated in a very chic, modern style. The beds are comfortable, there is a washer /dryer and the apartment is soundproof with the windows closed. Note there is a small elevator to the 5th floor and then a short staircase to the 6th. It is in a great location with many good restaurants nearby. A really perfect spot to stay and enjoy Lisbon!

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped, and in a central (yet quiet) location. The views are spectacular and Mafaldo and Diego were simply wonderful hosts! We’ve recommended this property to friends and they have already booked.

Light-filled bird's eye views of glorious Lisbon throughout this beautiful and comfortably appointed pent-house apartment minutes from so many fun things to do. Mafalda goes above and beyond to help with everything from airport transfers to restaurant reservations and more. First morning breakfast supplies and a bottle of chilled Vino Verde awaited us. I recommend this place for a small family or group of older friends. Just perfect!

The property was close to everything and put us in the heart of Lisbon with a gorgeous view of the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the whole apartment was well thought out. We're frequent VRBO renters and Mafalda's apartment was in the top 10% for quality, cleanliness and location. We were her first guests post-pandemic and she did not miss any details. The kitchen and bathrooms were far better supplied than the average VRBO and she even offered daily housekeeping services, which we did not need. The photos on VRBO are not as good as reality: The apartment is far more updated and remodeled than the photos make it appear. Electrical outlets and lighting are both abundant, and the 2-zone A/C system covers 3 bedrooms plus the dining/living area very well (each thermostat controls a system that covers 2 rooms, so 4 in total). 1 bedroom faces the same view of the river as the living room, and 2 bedrooms are on the street side. Even though 7 floors above the street, the street side bedrooms are subject to some vibrations from the #28 tram that goes in front of the apartment, but we found turning on a white noise app on a laptop was able to cover most of it, and earplugs were sufficient to cover the remainder. There is a fantastic wine & tapas bar (Grau Dorou) just 1/2 block away, plus 3 Michelin-starred and many other restaurants within 2-3 blocks in Chiado. Plus the Time Out market and many others are just 5-6 blocks away down the hill around Cais do Sodre train station & metro stop. Mafalda was consistently helpful and responded quickly to questions. All told, a fantastic experience!

We stay in VRBO properties every year and without a doubt this place is the best. The apartment is spectacular and the view is equally amazing. Mafaldo provided transport to and from the airport and even gave us a bottle of wine, snacks and breakfast. This is absolutely the bst VRBO experience that we have ever had. If you are going to Lisbon, this place is a MUST! Thank you so much for a perfect vacation.

Mafalda is easy to work with, responds immediately and addresses every concern. Excellent, well equipped apartment with a million dollar view. Of river and port. Neighborhood has numerous restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment which is centrally located for all the many, many sights in Lisbon. Would definitely rent again.

The famous T 28 tram runs directly in front of the apt with a stop nearby. But it is easy to walk down hill to the river front and the famous Time Out market or sights along the Tagus river. Equally important, you have a short walk up hill to the Baixa shopping areas and many terrific restaurants. Mafalda herself was available by cell or text all the time, providing help with transfers and checking in on our comfort. A very exceptional host in my experience. The location is absolutely perfect! Walk to the river, markets, shopping and endless restaurants and bars. The view from the apartment is exceptional! The size of the apartment and amenities are really nice. Management could not have been more helpful!

Unsere City-Urlaub, 4 Tage Lissabon, Mitte Februar, haben wir in dieser Luxuswohnung voll genossen. Es warm gemütlich, warm, gut ausgestattet, gute Betten, gutes Licht (wird immer wichtiger mit Älterwerden...), gut erreichbar (Strassenbahn in Strasse, Aufzug in Haus,...) Perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge, Museumbesuche, Spaziergänge,usw… und wenn man mal ein ruhigere Tag möchte: der RUNDRUM- Ausblick auf der Tejo ist fantastisch, einfach nix machen und wegträumen, lesen oder Spiele spielen! Mafalda hat eine nette Haushälterin , die - wenn man möchte- jeden Tag eine Stunde vorbeikommt und ein bisschen aufräumt, Betten macht. Ist im Service drinne. SEHR EMPFEHLUNGSWERT!! Familie Maassen

Mafalda was easily reachable by text message and always responded quickly to my questions. Her son Diogo greeted us at checkin and he too was very nice and went out of his way to offer suggestions for things to do. We were all especially appreciative of the basket of fruit, bread, coffee and wine that Mafalda left for us at checkin on both dates. No other place we stayed at offered this type of hospitality. You cannot beat this location. When I booked it, I really didn’t appreciate how centrally located it is to good restaurants and the various sites. During our 12 day stay in Portugal, this was definitely the best place we stayed in and our group really looked forward to our last few days in Lisbon at the apartment. It felt like home. The property is impeccable. Nice spacious rooms, great kitchen and other amenities such as a washer and dryer. Similar accommodations at a 5-star hotel would cost you three or four times what you'll pay for this experience. The host was absolutely fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of. The area is within walking distance to many major attractions and a short tram or 10 Euro Uber ride to the rest. I would highly recommend this location. Absolutely wonderful!
