Location
This place was gross and dated. The shower water would not drain, there was spit on the mirror over sink. The floor was sticky and dirty, you had to wear shoes or your socks turned black. The curtains falling apart. We asked for fresh towels and we were treated poorly. The towel’s were very hard/rough. I was in town for a wedding and there was a big collage football game the same weekend which made it very hard to find another place to stay. The hotel old, dated and dirty. I will not stay at another one of your hotels again. Gross

Location
I paid 3 times your normal price for 2 rooms and 5 guests. A guest couldnt sleep on the pullout because there were black stains all over the mattress and food all Over the mattress and underneath. There was no bedding provided for the pullout and when i asked the front desk staff, i had to beg for sheets and pillow but they said they had zero blankets. My family member slept in our car as a result. The staff was very rude and unaccommodating. Breakfast had nothing but cereal and waffles. Waited 15 minutes for coffee and decided to leave. Worst Baymont experience ever. I will be calling tomorrow for a partial refund. Not typical for our previous Baymont experience.

I room was clean at all has to ask for a new one. Stains on sheets, crumbs on the floor, stains on the chairs. At checkin we were told the shuttle would take us to airport one worker even told us a time to be down in the lobby. Morning came shuttle was there but they won’t take us

Sam was very rude and very disrespectful to my wife I was a frequent stay at least 7 times a my month now I will no longer be in staying here again because of Sam

Really comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning was a godsend with the heat outside. Would definitely be back again
Breakfast cereal tasted like it had been out for days. Apart from that, the breakfast selection was okay.

Very clean place very spacious rooms every time I have to go that time that side of the state I always want to stay there so real comfortable spot
Not enough for the breakfast I wish I had more head like eggs and sausages and bread versus the very basics that they have

Pulling in the parking lot told the whole story! Luckily our tire rods didn’t break from all the potholes and the rooms were dirty.. sheets had stains and food all in between… furniture outdated.. even tried to call the police on us.. because other patrons we’re starting to leave also 😂

a little bit on the older side but clean the room seemed larger than most motels. the urn less show in my room was a definite plus.

Location was good, amount of space in the room was generous. Kids loved that there was an indoor pool.
The room was dingy, with unsafe furniture. The sofa bed supports were all broken and collapsed when my child tried to use it. The desk was completely unstable and dangerous. We didn't have any body size towels in our room and, upon request, were given two (for 4 people). Same with bedding, none was provided for the sofa bed and when we paid for a roll away bed and asked for bedding for both, we were given sheets but only one pillow and one blanket. That just doesn't work for two children.
I could go on but those are the highlights. Just a poor experience overall and not somewhere we will stay again.

The bedroom furniture was falling apart. The window curtain had brown stains on it. It smelled like weed, which, the front desk has 4 signs saying it's a no smoking hotel. The staff was condescending when we tried to talk to him about the problems and even acknowledged the room wasn't worth the money. He didn't solve the smell by moving us to a different room but rather gave us a deodorizer, which gave me a headache. We ended up leaving, when I handed him the card keys that's when he offered us another room. We told him no, it was not worth it anymore. And left to a better hotel.
