The lady's attitude at the front desk , the men working at the front desk were very nice and informative

The staff is not very friendly in fact, it’s horrible. We’re paying to stay at the hotel, we’re not there for free, you should review your manners to your clients, at least do your job correctly. Also the bar closes at 1 or 2 pm and there’s nothing around where we can eat something.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful, all of the servers in the dining area were extremely kind and attentive. The gym was excellent. and the pool was very relaxing.

The Furniture in the Lobby was kind of dated and needed to be cleaned, The furniture had spots on it. Other than that the Even Hotel is a good choice and location.

No housekeeping to clean room or take waste out, they skipped our room, although requested.

Love the exercise equipment and water in the lobby. Staff is also very friendly.

The shower wasn't all that clean and there were stains on the hallway carpet.

I’m a trainer and yoga teacher, and the fitness/yoga equilment in the room was a nice surprise! And the gym being 24 hours? AMAZING!!!! I’m shocked they don’t advertise this more, I didn’t even know that when I booked the hotel. If I knew if was a health and wellness centered hotel, I would have sought it out. And they even had fitness and stretching videos on the TV! Amazing

Le petit déjeuné, trop limité en choix quand il est pris avec la chambre, la formule de service qui prend énormément de temps aux employés qui ne sont pas très souriant. Le service nous fait perdre le notre, contrairement à un buffet.

Could use a fresh coat of paint so to speak. My room door was difficult to close completely and was actually ajar part of the night until I noticed it and forced it shut. The water in the shower never got past tepid.

Schlechter Service zu mindest bei der Ankunft Es wurde uns den kistenlosen Abholservice v.Flughafen zum Hotel bei der Buchung angeboten am Flughafen mussten wir feststellen dass alle Hotels ihre Gäste abgeholt wurden.. nur wir nicht ..mach über 1Std Wartezeit haben wir ein Taxi genommen…15$ ..am Empfand weder eine Entschuldigung ..nur dass der Wagen für die Abholung defekt war ..dann ging es weiter wir wollten „die Vougers f.Frühstück für die 3Tage dann hieß es wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht was natürlich nicht stimmte …wir sollten uns bei Booking beschweren..🙏hat am nächsten Tag ein anderer Mitarbeiter uns für die 3 Tage die Vouger gegeben ..

Whoever the “gentleman” was at the front desk the morning of 12/8/23 with the blazer on, thank you for embarrassing me in front of a lobby full of people. I specifically called in the morning to verify I could hang in the hotel lobby/lounge after check-out until I left for the port, and was assured that would be more than ok & they would store my bags for me in a closet or I could just leave them in my room. I arrive at the desk to do just that, and he told me they had no room for my bags. I asked could I leave them back in the room - he questioned who told me that, saying no one would have told me that, and I told him I called down this morning and he ended by saying no one would have told me that. Well yes, someone did tell me that! I don’t appreciate being called a liar. And I don’t appreciate being lied to. He reluctantly ordered me to follow him to a conf room where he allowed me to leave my bags. Oh, and when he took me back to retrieve them, there were tons of other guest bags, so clearly I wasn’t the only one. I would completely understand if they need you to leave completely upon check-out, but I was told something different, and planned my day and Lyft ride to the port accordingly. Also, I stayed in room 668 & there were pubic hairs on both of my towels, sweat marks on the seat of the desk chair, along with a variety of other unknown stains on all sitting surfaces. The thermostat was also not working properly, took over an hour to change temperature, so I was freezing even under covers for over an hour not being able to fall asleep. This was a truly crappy start to my luxury vacation - THANK GOD my stay here was brief before my cruise. If you’re looking for cleanliness and very basic hospitality, keeping looking.

Front desk got extra hangers up to me right when I asked but never got extra towels up after telling me it’d be about 45 minutes. Kind of a sketchy are, not enough parking, you get charged each time you leave the parking garage $5 during the day along with the advertised $15 a night. Some imperfections throughout the hotel to make it look more low end

El día de llegada la chica que hacía las noches no nos explicó nada de las instalaciones, ni horarios de desayunos, restaurante, piscina y gimnasio. Cuando subí a la habitación me habían dado dos camas (hice petición de matrimonial y envié un mensaje de que era nuestra luna de miel), al bajar a recepción a comentar si era posible cama matrimonial se molestó y dijo que si tenía algún problema que llamara a Booking.com Muy mala entrada al hotel por culpa de esta chica.

Had $200 stolen from our room . Somebody managed to gain access to our room whilst either at dinner or breakfast. Both of which were eaten at the hotel restaurant.

Location: The hotel is right next to a main train station and the Miami International airport, being so close to the Train Station connects the hotel to so many destinations, you can easily get anywhere in Miami and Fort Lauderdale in under 1 hour. Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel is clean and decently well kept, you can always see people around the hotel cleaning and tidying things up. Room: The room has everything that you might need, even more ! Size of the room is way too big to be honest, but this is a plus, gives you plenty of room to "run" around. The room was cleaned everyday, the bed was made and our trash cans were emptied. Has a Safe, Coffee Machine with some complementary coffee pods, a great selection of TV channels and plenty of space to organise your luggage. Luggage: We loved that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception area for our early arrival and late departure, is is a very nice service to have.

We couldn't actually sleep in the room we were provided, the Air Conditioning unit was so loud that it kept myself and my wife up all night. The only way we could actually sleep was to turn off the air conditioning and sleep in "hell", the room would get so hot that it would become unbearable, in the end, we slept around 8 total hours in the 2 nights that we spent here. Another thing I really didn't enjoy was the Restaurant / Cafeteria staff, we paid over 170 USD per night for our stay and I hated to be "politely" informed that tips are not required but are appreciated. I understand that most of the Service Staff in the US live / survive on Tips, but if felt quite cheap to hear that from the Staff at the Hotel. In general the staff was very distant / cold, it didn't feel they were extremely happy to actually work the Reception Area (besides the gentleman who helped us with our luggage, top sir!)

At arrival we were not told that breakfast which was included needed a voucher. And the second key card was not programmed correctly so when we went to the front desk they told us to wait until next day. So the next morning at breakfast the male server did not let us know about the voucher. We order and when we left we were stopped by the female server. We went directly to the front desk and the issue was resolved expeditiously. The following morning we had the voucher. The attention was fine from the female server and the male server was serving with the correcf attitude but we noticed that as soon the floor was busy witbh customer his stress level rised. Recommend to get more staffing. And give them.customer service training fro. Your waitress.

Has most facilities, pool, gym, restaurant, meeting rooms and more although I didn’t have use of it. Water and ice machine on floors, water in lobby to drink. Airport shuttle very convenient. Too much to mention, but everything you need basically.
