Le quartier calme et très sympa a une 15 km du centre. Le logement était top.

Located on a quiet residential street. Beautiful grounds. Comfortable bed. Roomier than expected. Walking distance to a beach.

Location was further from Logan Square, where my daughter lives, than expected.

Room was extremely comfortable. Kitchette was fully stocked with appliances and tableware. There was even a tea kettle to heat water for the included tea bags. Location felt very safe and being surrounded by other brownstone buildings you hardly ever heard the sounds of the city around you even with the window open. Communication with the hosts was great. Nice little hole-in-the-wall café just around the corner well within walking distance. Likewise there is a dollar general in walking distance if you are like me and forget to bring toothpaste when you pack.

Parking available on the street or in a little parking lot around the corner. Place also has a garage you can rent. However if you have a larger vehicle it will not fit in the garage and the street is narrow enough to make me concerned about side swipes, for reference I drive a new Bronco. So if you drive anything larger that a Ford Edge or Chevy Traverse I do not think you will be able to use the garage. Maybe something the size of an Explorer or 4runner will fit but it would be tight. The parking lot worked fine for me but apparently the parking lot is for facility employees of some type during the week and according to a guy I talked to while I was parking they are agressive about towing non-employee cars away.

The location is great and it has a very nice and clean bathroom.

The kitchen had very little cutlery, only one knife for example.

Super quiet neighborhood. Central heating, the trees in the patio. Beautiful cottage, very comfortable bed. Well stocked. Old building with modern amenities. Near the Metro station.

Far from downtown.

I love this place! It is like staying in a secret garden while still being in the city. Close to the beach. Close to Edgewater Tacos and Andersonville. Quiet. Excellent hosts. The place was cute and comfortable and we were able to do laundry.

I have nothing bad to say. Everything met and exceeded my expectations. If you want to stay in Edgewater, you can't beat this place for the price, location, and kindness of the owners.

The neighborhood was so cute and clean- felt safe and comfortable!
