The apartment was absolutely spotless. Deep cleaned throughout. Very spacious for a studio. Free carpark behind the building. Town centre 10 minutes walk.

The area was a little rough but I saw no trouble and had no trouble. Would definitely stay again.

the entrance to the building which is shared access was dirty and not at all welcoming. the flat is over shops which if I had known I wouldn’t have booked.

See my previous review. Our host made available the facility to book one extra night so 3 nights in total. Such a comfortable apartment with a lovely cafe over the road on the canal side for breakfast.

Very functional kitchen and bath. Stores and food nearby. Katie was very quick to communicate to resolve minor issues.

A compact apartment with all facilities on hand. Nice and clean, a comfy bed, compact kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a short stay.

First impressions of the location on arrival were not good,. Located above a row of shops with shared access stairwell not in great condition and the info saying 'city views' was stretching it a bit far!

Absolutely perfect communication from the owner for the check-in and for use of facilities in the property. The property itself was superbly equipped, spacious and very clean and tidy and in a great location

very clean and very warm apartment, super comfy bed. Very well equipped. well located very near the train station. Great coffee shop just next door. Also very quiet at night in the building- late night revellers in the street on a Friday night did not bother me as I always use earplugs when travelling!

I had a problem accessing Netflix, but no problem with BBC Iplayer which has plenty of programmes to enjoy. Perhaps as other guests have mentioned the wardrobe could have a door on it and the windows in the bathroom blinds, but these are minor matters.

nice size for a couple is as pictured lovely kitchen with utensils etc bathroom clean tv on wall moved so could watch tv in bed, had Netflix and YouTube for entertainment not too far from city centre

Flat clean and well equipped. Bed was large and comfy. Location was good, easy walking distance to the centre of Leamington Spa. Supermarket, take aways and things all with easy walking distance. Near canal which has footpath to Warwick.

Town centre location means that the road was quite noisy, with traffic, people walking past etc ... although it was hot when we were there so we needed the window open. There is plenty of parking at the back but we got a No Parking notice put on our car by one of the shops under the flat (who also park at the back), as they didn't recognise our car ... perhaps this could be pre-empted by giving the registration number to the host before? The directions were detailed but a bit confusing ... I was looking for a Memorial itself, rather than the shop front for a Memorial Mason!

Nice comfy bed. Flat is quite well equipped and there are plenty of cleaning products etc provided.

The flat is small but nice enough. However the building in which it is situated is not so great, with a very uninviting stairwell which doesn't make a good first impression. The location is quite noisy, being next to a busy road. Only Netflix on the TV - nothing else not even Freeview ordinary channels...for the want of a simple aerial lead?

Chocolate Nest was a perfect base for our visit to Warwickshire. We had everything we needed, it was a cosy weekend. Fabulous coffee shop nearby with other amenities to hand.
