Staff were amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend
The self service tablet on the tables was slow and I had to prompt the staff in the evening as we had not received our order for drinks and deserts after half an hour but they did have a coach party in.

We like to book 4oom 10 when we stay as it is ideal for my husband's mobility and the fact we bring our labrador dog.

The Premium Room was well appointed and clean. Hot water was instantaneous. Plentiful washing lotion, shampoo and conditioner well labelled without need for magnifying glass to read contents. Plenty of tea, coffee etc with spring water and lemonade available if wanted, although chargeable possibly.
It was a cold evening outside but the air conditioning ensured that was not a problem. However if conditions had needed a fresh air supply there was some sort of industrial process unit outside that 'may' have been troublesome from a persistent noise point of view. The window was not needed to be opened so this potential difficulty did not actually present itself. Problems of this nature can usually be avoided with some well designed noise attenuation.

Very convenient and good place to stay for the grduation ceremoy of Warwick Graduates. Very peaceful at night time.

Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of variety on offer. The evening meals were delicious too. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much for them. Location was good and easy to get to, there is a short walk to a shopping centre nearby. The room was a good size and nice and cozy, just what we needed for a nice break without our children!
The bed wasn't a whole bed, it was 2 singles fastened together, so where the mattresses meet in the middle wasn't comfy to lie on, but the bed was comfy if we stayed on our own mattress.

Breakfast was very good.
Room was spacious and generally quite clean, TV screen had not been cleaned for a while - smears and fingerprints all over it, and the colour rendition was poor, in fact at times we thought we were watching a black and white film.
The shower was spacious and clean but the shower was not particularly powerful and I do like to get wet in a shower
generally all was OK
Not great but not bad, stayed in better stayed in worse.

It was clean, plenty of pillows and nice hot water for the shower and plenty of tea and coffee with a decent size kettle. Air con was a bonus

Pleasant hotel in a convenient location.
Lift was not working and we were on level 2, but the stairs did us good.
Room felt dusty when we closed the curtains and moved the curtain net, which led to an unpleasant night of dust in the room.

2 reasons the bathroom the steam was not going out so had to have quick shower
I asked before leaving about my car was registered but in another holiday in they sent us a bill so make sure I do t have same issue the gentleman said we don’t control the machine which is not correct because you can

No safety deposit box in the family room. Extremely cramped room. No cupboard worth the name in the room. Something exists where you can hang exactly four clothes and that too only sideways. A very small window in the room with curtains you could barely pull aside.

I like more or less everything; stuff, food, cleanliness, location, parking and etc. I enjoy staying here.
I think it is time to renew pot they use to cook mushrooms and scrumbled egg. Because the enamel is clearly worn out so it doesn’t good for health. They need to use new ones. And may be as a wish, it will be better if they enrich the breakfast with simple things like fresh pepper, cucumber, some green or with one additional cheese

Friendly staff, lots of parking, nice relaxing bar area
Heating in room was very noisy, so bad had to turn off as kept waking me up, so bad im sure its broke.

The staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms clean. Very pet friendly and even brought a water bowl when they brought our drinks.
The Cook was particularly brilliant and obviously works really hard to ensure visits are home from home.
The shower was poor. Very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either a good pressure and scalding hot or poor pressure and cold! Air conditioning very noisy.
