The apartment is nicely furnished and the location is great.

This apartment is being managed by Golden Key NOT Booking.com. They don't check the apartment properly or provide a prompt service. It took us 2 hours waiting outside to get in, due to lacking check-in instructions, there wasn't sufficient kitchen items like cutlery. The coffee was mouldy (specifically asked if I need to bring and was told no). Bathroom needed a good bleach. The blinds in the bedroom didn't fit the window so no privacy and light blaring in at 5am. Front of property is over grown and scruffy Cleaner stole my phone charger. Shame as the owners probably don't have a clue how poor the management company are.

Location was central to many tourist attractions and areas. Comfortable, modern ground level apartment in a quiet area, with off street parking opposite the front door, very easy to unload the car and carry luggage into the apartment. The apartment itself is a spacious one bedroom property, ideal for a couple. Check in was easy and staff answered our questions.

It lacked some kitchen equipment such as lids for saucepans, vegetable peeler, sharp kitchen knife and sets of cutlery were incomplete. We would have preferred a bedside table/ cupboard and lamp on both sides of the bed instead of only being on one side. We found the lack of free to air television channels frustrating because we are from overseas and don’t have accounts for pay tv. It was disappointing to be in the England at the time of the coronation and be unable to watch the lead up to it.

Nice cosy apartment, comfortable bed for a good nights sleep, fully equipped kitchen, good bath and shower, and a nice area to relax and watch TV, couldn't ask for more. Very happy, would stay again.

No real complaints, if I had to be picky the Television channels weren't tuned/unable to be tuned and one or two door handles on the inside of the apartment were loose but obviously these didn't detract from our stay

Great location, comfy bed, clean, parking.

Digital door key, would have preferred a key. Bin area outside dirty, didn't close so would attract vermin. Would be nice to have table light in living room, make it more cosy.
