The neighbour's above us was very loud throughout the night. Thursday Oct 21 night. The wasn't enough towels.

The location was excellent . The loft was beautiful and was plenty of room.

Location and size. And the bed was pretty comfy.

Oh where to start…? Not enough towels for our group and I was ignored after trying to contact the rental company on 3 separate occasions. Very dirty and worn out. Definitely needs a re-do and a good cleaning!

The condo itself is beautiful but unfortunately in the end our trip has left a bad taste in our mouth! Never again. The condo could have and should have been cleaner. There was only a broken see through blind in our bedroom which filtered out no light. We reported to them that the condo smelled like smoke when we arrived, remotes were missing batteries and covers and two chairs were in need of repair. No answer was ever received. The WORST part is that weeks after our visit our $500 security deposit has NOT been returned. After numerous emails and contacting booking.com we still do not have our money. Would never stay here again!!!! It could have been an excellent stay and should have been!!!!

Basic materials such as kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets could have been provided

It was exactly like the photos! Superb and spacious loft! I would definitely book again. The host was present and always make sure we was good. I recommend that place.

There was nothing to clean up after our stay
