It is more a motel than hotel. Free parking and proximity to metro. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

It needs update, the shower smelled old house, the AC super loud, I would wake up every time it turned on.

Right next to metro. Plenty of parking. Clean and has all the basics I needed.

the location for work purposes was excellent. that said the metro is steps away for easy access to downtown and tourism. They did loan me a club to lock my steering wheel… a little disconcerting but really just a precaution to protect a valuable truck and nothing to dwell on. I thank the desk agent for extending that courtesy.

since it was a winter stay, the room is heated with baseboard electric and initially I could not even run the ac units fan as they had it unplugged. Once I found the connection cord and enables the fan the environment was much better with air movement and exchange.

Room next to a machine closet. It ran loud all night. The desk agent try to make me beleive it was the only room meeting my requirement Having a shower in the room, The next morning , after paying extra for a shower, there was no hot water a all. The day clerk told me that they knew that the day before and was surprised the evening clerk had not told me. I cancel my second day and left.

No microwaves at the rooms, power outlets weren’t all working, the bathroom toiletries were very low quality.

Microwave at a central place to warm the food was good.

The hotel has really good location, metro station is right in the front of the hotel. The room was ok.

The receptionist did not tell me anything about deposit they took from my card, that was weird. They refunded my money but still... I think it's fair to inform about it

The location is really awesome. Only feel steps to get the train, all employees speak English and the parking have many spots.

I don´t like the smell of the elevator, appears that the hotel has more than 100 years old.

The room was specious and clean. A/C and a heating system operated great. Hot water was available. The staff was ok Very quiet and comfortable is in the room and in common areas

It's located near metro station but far from the main Montreal attractions. The coffee machine is useless because you can't make coffee and the coffee sand mixes with water. The room we rate is too high

Location - near freeway

Not as advertised or as shown in pictures. Clean, large room, but low quality of everything, especially in tiny cramped bathroom - no cups, and bath gel not provided for shower, only shampoo/conditioner. Very low water pressure in shower. Threadbare towels, etc. (though bedding was OK). Bare cold floors, scratched up table with single chair, dirty windows, no mini-fridge as advertised. Lighting poor. Reception said to not go to burger place across parking lot & that no other food was available nearby. But we went anyway & it was fine.
