It is central to main attractions. Easy walk to restaurants, old Montreal and the Ferris wheel. We loved the glass bottom pool and the cold/hot pools. Valet parking made it very easy to check in and get up to our room. The room is really nice and clean with an awesome view. The bathroom is excellent. Our dog was welcomed at no extra fee.
No breakfast included in room price.

Nous avons apprecie tout le personnel de l'hotel tres souriant et aidant avec le Vale Parking qui est vaiment ideal au centre de Montreal.
L'etablissement est idealement place pour visiter tres facilement Montreal et son quartier historique.
La proprete des chambres et le room service toujours parfait.

The location was excellent and it was pretty convenient to have the back door access that quickly gets you to the Notre-Dame and other attractions.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable too!
It was very strange to have a king sized bedroom without double sinks in the bathroom. The vanity was also very tiny making it impossible to lay out your personal toiletries in the bathroom.

The location was perfect! We were steps from fantastic restaurants in all directions, and the metro. It was peaceful and a beautiful area. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The staff was welcoming and super responsive as well.

Location and the grandness of the foyer
The beds were disappointing. Stayed at other Westins and expected the same quality of beds and linens. I was very disappointed!

Great location. Fabulous set up for parking. The valets were great and it was nice to park under a covered area and remove luggage. Many people were checking in at the same time as us and this made it a bit difficult to know who would take our luggage and where to go to check in.
We could not find a map of the layout of the property that showed work out facilities/pool/entrances and exits. Also the beds are very comfortable but not so much on the pull out sofas.

The prices for the breakfast at the restaurant were incredibly high, 19.00 for pancakes is a bit excessive and 30.00 for the buffet is too high. With tip, that is almost 150.00 for a family of 4 on top of the cost of the room and 40.00 a day for parking

location, meeting rooms and foyer were excellent. food was good at the meeting.
sink faucet was twisted almost out of the sink and the sink drain plug wouldn’t plug. I asked the front seat to send someone to fix it, but nothing happened for the next 2 days till we left.

no fireplace.. not enough cozy places to sit and relax in lobby.

I was with a 4 month old baby. but they gave me a room that I had to take the elevator to the third floor, then walked quite a distance to take another elevator to my room. It’s very inconvenient especially when you are with a baby and the stroller. The room was spacious but a bit dated. The bed was not comfortable because of the sagging mattress.
The room is a bit dated and the mattress needs to update.
