Les glissi��res mur à mur mettent les vues panoramiques sur le golfe et les couchers de soleil avant et au centre de ce bungalow en bord de mer récemment rénové de 3 chambres. Cette résidence vous offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade parfaite en couple. Situé à proximité du seul restaurant en bord de mer de Bonita Beach et de la location de sports nautiques (jet-skis, paddle-boards, etc.), le Copacabana se trouve à quelques pas de la vie nocturne, des restaurants et des activités de plage locales. Avec de nouveaux propriétaires en 2018, la maison a été meublée avec tous les nouveaux meubles, literie, linge de maison et t��lévision. Le concept ouvert moderne comprend une nouvelle cuisine bien aménagée avec des appareils électroménagers Sub-zero et Wolf, une salle �� manger pour 8 personnes et une grande salle familiale avec un nouveau téléviseur intelligent HD de 75 pouces. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative complète. Une deuxième chambre king-size et une chambre avec lits superposés pour 4 partagent une salle de bain complète avec accès au couloir. Il y a une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire située au large du patio inférieur couvert pour un accès facile depuis la plage. Avec un foyer, un barbecue, de nombreuses chaises longues et des chaises de plage, des repas sous le parasol tiki et des promenades le long de la plage, pr����parez-vous à passer beaucoup de temps dans votre cour arrière en bord de mer!. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little paradise. This is a wonderful house with beautiful views. It is clean and lovely. Especially Jayme and Arlan were super nice and responsive. The owners have very good taste. Thank you to the owners for sharing their house with us 😊❤️

This is the second year we have stayed at the Copacabana, and absolutely love it! Being on the beach is my happy place, and it doesn't get better than this. The view is spectacular, this house is cozy and clean, and the area is in an ideal location - close to Fort Meyers and Naples. Working with Collier Vacation Rentals has been great too. I receive quick responses to my emails, was able to check in early, and everything went smoothly. We wanted to support the local economy after the hurricane so visited places that have been rebuilt. It will take time for them to rebuild but its good to see the progress being made. Bonita Beach is lovely and one of my favorite places. We loved this house and the area so much we booked again next year - can't wait to return to paradise!

This home is wonderful. It is just as pictured. Everyone was excellent to work with and communication was excellent. Loved the walk to Docs each evening. Loved the option of watching the sunset from inside and have the same feeling as being on the beach. We had an amazing week.

Two minute walk to Doc's for pina coladas.
Checkin and checkout were very easy.

If you are looking to deal with someone that has first class customer service, look no further! Jenna was great to deal with and helped out so much with everything. The beach is great and the house is a nice place as well. Had the best trip ever! Thanks again!!

We loved our week of peace @ the beach! location was fantastic & easy to get to. Beach was very private and low key! Property manager was extremely responsive! The house is exactly as described with top knotch everything ! Our only complaint is the beds - new mattresses are desperately needed in both the master and the second bedroom. They are extremely uncomfortable with large divets when others have laid- not a good nights sleep. Other than that i cant complain - we loved every second! Note - there is construction going on nextdoor - but they were only there 1 day of our 7 day stay so didn't bother us! We definitely would rent again!

Gorgeous Views!
We had an awesome week stay here! The view was incredible and the house was very clean. That being said, there were a few thing we didn’t love so much about this property. I decided to put together a pros & cons list for anyone considering booking this property for their vacation.
Pros:
- The view - it was beautiful!
- The sunsets were amazing!
- Location (30 second walk to Doc’s)
- The house itself was really nice and had a great layout
- The furniture seemed new and was super comfortable
- High end appliances (Sub Zero fridge, Wolf range)
- Tons of beach supplies (chairs, towels, paddle boards, floats, etc.)
- Property manager was very responsive
- Little touches (makeup mirrors in bathrooms, power strips with USB in bedrooms, etc)
Cons:
- Construction next door (not their fault, but was still loud)
- Basic supplies were lacking (only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, no garbage bags or laundry supplies)
- The house is worn and could use some love - baseboards were peeling, could use a fresh coat of paint, grout in the shower was a bit moldy, etc., and the main bathroom toilet seat had chips in it.
- Kitchen and bathroom throw rugs were dirty - should be at least washed but ultimately replaced
- Bath and beach towels were worn
Ultimately, you can’t beat being right on the beach - we think the pros outweigh the cons and we booked again for next year!

Great Location
We had an awesome week stay. House was exactly as seen in pictures. Very clean. Lounge chairs, water toys, grill, bathroom on downstairs patio was great. Garage parking was nice. Location is close to grocery store, restaurants, nice area. Loved the view and walking right out to beach. Also, Doc's Beach house restaurant is within walking distance on beach. Would definitely stay at Copacabana again.

Annual week in Naples
We gather each year for week at a different property. Fabulous beach situation. Building a home next door which can wreck the backyard environment. Kitchen is not stocked for cooking, but Wolf range is amazing . Was worth the fee . Thanks.

Gorgeous views!
I just want to start off by saying the views of the beach, from the home, cannot be beat! They were absolutely gorgeous. The beach is beautiful with its clear/calm water. We saw a dolphin in the water, and turtle & rabbit walking across the sand. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean, but we did see a few very small cockroaches in the bathrooms. We called the property manager and they sent out an exterminator the very next day. That was appreciated. We ate every meal at the house and used all of the nice updated appliances, as well as, the BBQ grill. The only problem we had with kitchen was the lack of pots and pans. There were only 2 and they were all scratched up and burnt. Also, the garbage disposal most likely needs to be replaced because there was a bit of a funky smell that came up from it. Our last suggestion is for the bath towels to be replaced with new ones because the ones supplied looked dingy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and had the most relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Great Off Season GetAWay
The view is just amazing! Wish we could of stayed longer! Great location, and just perfect for a small family with a small pet. Between the view and the great layout, we really did enjoy our stay! Arlan was very attentive and responded with resolutions to best of his abilities. Even brought us a new vaccuum cleaner.
We did go all week with NO WiFi so that was a minor inconvenience- hopfully that would be resolved for the next stay. Negative Note: There was a strong unpleasant rancid smell emanating from between the stove and sink area of the kitchen which never dissipated. Very off-putting. Hopefully they can figure out the issue. That was a constant presence during our stay.
The beds are extremely comfortable the house is perfectly outfitted and nicely appointed.
Note to the Owners: The place itself is definately showing its use. Cracked tile in the foyer. Missing door handle to the laundry room. The bed pillows need replaced, the couch is showing its age -not in the best condition. There could be some sprucing up. i.e. fresh paint through out and replacement of the pots and pans- very poor condition. Some other household items could be replaced as well i.e. the iron and there was no ironing board. Some if the beach chairs were broke and need replaced.
Wish there was a deck off the upper level to really take in the beach experience.
Overall the space is perfect to relax and unwind!🏖

Great beach house
I wish I could have stayed longer. This is a great beach house with few steps to the water. Stand up pedal boards, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes. The house offers plenty. Water was very calm, too. I would go there again.

Bonita Sunset
Great location and views of the Ocean. New appliances and bedroom furniture. Great set up. Excellent kitchen. Disappointed that the linens and pillows were very worn. The house is in great demand, but need to turnover the linens and pillows because of the use. The sofa in main room is also very worn. Nevertheless, a little gem that needs a little polishing.

The view is amazing! This house was perfect for our family in every way. The beach is awesome! The property had lounge chairs, paddle boards, bikes & kayaks. If you get a chance to stay at Copacabana I promise you won’t regret it! Absolutely beautiful!

What a week!
The property was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was extremely clean and updated throughout. The view was everything though and provided a beautiful backdrop to our vacation. The beach amenities were plentiful and the bathroom on the beach proved to be valuable. Great location being just a few doors down from Doc’s and Coconut Jacks. We will be back for sure.....

We had a great stay. Location was great, fire pit on the beach was awesome (bring your own wood), house was nice. Bonita Springs is a nice area. Docs Beach house a few hundred feet down has jet ski, etc rentals.

Great Getaway
This property was the only one we’ve rented where the photos matched the reality. Lovely, clean accommodations with matching beach amenities. Well appointed and comfortable and the VIEW!!! Especially during the pandemic, the privacy was welcome. Only wish it weren’t completely booked for next year.

Amazing views!!!
Our family absolutely loved this location. It was perfect and had many extras for us. The view is simply amazing once you come up the steps. The fire pit was a great bonus to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely be back.

Private Paradise
My parents wee looking for a beach house. We found a private paradise. The CopaCabana property is a jewel. A modern and elegant space with a panoramic view of white sands and blue ocean and direct access to the beach. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen is luxurious and the open layout makes family sharing time a blast. Loved every minute, and we cannot wait to go back. Thank you!

Wedding week
Property is beautifully located and decorated! Great communication with property manager until we arrived and I let him know how filthy it was. No response- ever. The floors were filthy, none of the fronts or handles on the appliances had been wiped down and bath mats from previous renters had not been washed. The master bedroom mattress is so uncomfortable, you fall in holes on each side. With the money spent, a comfy bed is expected. Furniture was comfy in living room!! I would stay again if they would purchase a new bed! Traveling 8 hours and then walking into a dirty house and spending over an hour cleaning was not what I had planned. Our week was fun for sure getting married on the beach with our closest friends and family!
