Tv remote for bedroom couldn't find till leaving, no directions on leaving like how ro leave it the beds were comfy except for bunks and couch bed couch could hVe been.nicer didn't know p1 was 13th floor

The view and location were incredible

We had a few issues with the property. No toilet seat in master bath. Leaking shower head the poured water. Washing machine didn’t work. We did laundry at the laundromat. All issued were resolved on the 4 th day of our visit.

The location of the property was nice. The pools were nice.

The rooms were not like the pictures. The beds were really uncomfortable and hard. The rooms weren’t clean. We had to call and have the floors mopped because our feet were black. They also ruined my new shirt. They bleached the front door and I got bleach on my shirt while I was loading bags onto a cart. The fridge also had mold in the seals of the door.

the room was dirty when we got there the ac was very temperamental and would fold from hot to cold on its own the elevator was messed up for half of our trip and the walls In the room had water stains everywhere

The view from balcony was amazing . Beach was right there . Everything was perfect

There was something gross between box spring and bed frame and also under banister on balcony

We had a great time and the property was ideal place for us.

There was nothing to not like. Next time we will book a longer stay.

Issues upon arrival were not handled by Vacasa staff to my satisfaction. I reported the ice maker was not working and was told the unit did not have one. After texting back that it did have an ice maker and I was looking at it I Was told by vacasa they reported it to staff on property. No one ever followed up on the issue. I fixed the ice maker myself the first night by disconnecting the unit and cleaning out the water line. Same response about the unit having no WIFi. Vacasa staff told me to look for the router which was not in the unit then finally stated the unit did not have WiFi. Unit 1304 as well as the other rooms showed on the phone to join but not the network or password sent by Vacasa prior to arrival we’re not the same. Several issues in the condo as well. Drain plug broken out of the hallway bathroom. Bed mattress was extremely worn out. Bedroom door knob was so loose it would almost pull off. Three pieces of Black duct tape above the front door covering holes. The couch cushions were very stained and dirty. Stayed here in different units since 2021 and enjoyed it but the response and lack of follow up from Vacasa this time coupled with the need for maintenance in 1304 was discouraging at best. Being told WiFi is available then not when a child is on the trip is a big issue. Being told you don’t have an ice maker when I am looking at one then not being concerned enough to follow up the next day on the issue is a big deal. Basically feels like if there are no issues Vacasa and the property group is great but if something comes up …the customer is on your own. Add in a room that was in need of repair and TLC for $2500….makes you think twice about where to stay next year. Im not one to complain or leave negative comments but felt this would be the only way I would be heard after the lack of interest from Vacasa.

needs updates like kitchen appliances, dresser or chest of drawers for bedroom new patio furniture the plastic chairs on balcony 2 out of 4 were broken needs cosmetic work also such as paint

They did not provide blankets and sheets for the pull out sofa. I had to run to Target to purchase my own at 10 pm because they never showed up to give me any. They showed up the next day and went into the condo without us there and put some in there. I had to wait two days for the pool code. Horrible experience and I would tell everyone to stay away!!!!!

View, location and full kitchen.

Condo smelled terrible as soon as we walked in. Smelled like mildew and dirty mop water. Pull out sofa was disgusting and very old. The main bed was terrible, dirty and very uncomfortable. Most everything was dirty and sticky. Garbage disposal did not work and began smelling terrible a day in to trip. Balcony furniture broken. The pool code we were given did not work and another vacationer had to help us.
