Comfortable coastal retreat perfectly situated in Sheringham North Norfolk
Un appartement moderne bien équipé idéal pour les couples visitant et explorant la région. Confortable et confortable avec une sensation de chez-soi avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances agréables. La propriété se compose d'une chambre double avec des draps blancs frais, des tables de chevet, une lampe, une chaise et une commode. Un salon pour se détendre avec canapé et fauteuils, tv et dvd. Balcon privé menant du salon idéal pour se détendre avec un livre et un verre de vin. Cuisine entièrement équipée pour les nuits avec table à manger et chaises dans le salon. Feu agréable et chauffage électrique pour vous garder au chaud et au chaud pendant les mois d'hiver. La salle de bain a été mise à jour avec douche à l'italienne. Tout frais, propre et blanc avec en prime un porte-serviettes chauffant. Espace de rangement et de suspension disponible dans le placard du hall. WiFi illimité. La propriété bénéficie de 2 places de parking privées.
Sheringham propose une sélection diversifiée d'événements tout au long de l'année, notamment le festival du crabe de Sheringham & Cromer / la semaine du carnaval / le festival Viking / le festival de la bière / le week-end des années 40 / le train à vapeur, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns.

2nd time in this apartment.there will be a third nxt summer.very lucky with the weather.had to return home early..mum taken ill.but all good now.always look forward to sheringham have been comming since 1968.hope to have many more visits.thanks to all.

This flat was just right for us, it was clean, with all amenities provided and in a great location. Yes it is on the second floor with no lift but this did not put us off. It is ideal for exploring the local area and having the car parking space is an added bonus.

This is our second stay in the apartment. Everything you need for a holiday stay. Very handy for the bus and railway stations and other amenities. Not far for a walk to the beach. Pity about the weather!!

Flat is in a small residential block of elderly residents from what we saw. Located on the top floor with only stairs to it. Partial view of the steam train tracks from the kitchen window. Unfortunately we found the road outside very noisy as of 6am every day as it is a main route to Cromer. Issues were experienced with hot water supply but the owner was available to speak to and matters resilved themselves.

Very clean,comfortable and spacious apartment in great location. A real home from home. Ideally located for coastal and country walks and great access to Poppy Line railway. Excellent parking facillities and well served by public transport very nearby. Communication with owner was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here a few times now, always clean and comfortable. We don't cook while we are there but kitchen has everything you would need. Easy to follow instructions for immersion, heating, wi fi, etc. Short walk to train station and bus stops for exploring nearby places. Overlooking a main road but noise is not an issue, not much traffic at night. Perfect for us and look forward to our next visit.

Tidy, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Didn’t move the car from car park. Walked to Cromer and back one day and used the coast hopper one day to Cley marshes reserve and walked back to Sherringham. Excellent sea food to eat in or out.

Third time visiting this property as I travel to Sheringham to catch up with family. As always, very clean and comfy. Easy to access and quiet despite being on a main road. Parking a huge bonus. As a solo female traveller I feel safe in this property which is a big consideration for me. When I have contacted the host he has responded quickly and helpfully which is what I need especially as I am often dealing with “family stuff”, am exhausted and stressed.
This is the first property I always check for availability in this area and would be very happy to stay again.

We were very pleased with our apartment; it was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Our hosts had kindly left us a welcoming bottle of prosecco and some choccie biscuits, which went down a treat and they had also left the Christmas tree and decorations up for us, which made the apartment feel very homely. We had a view of the North Norfolk Railway from our kitchen window and found this to be delightful, as they were running the illuminated trains twice each evening . It was an added enjoyment to watch the steam engine chuffing under the bridge. Although the apartment is situated on the main road, we heard very little traffic noise and our hosts had also added a blackout blind, as well as curtains in the bedroom, so we weren't disturbed by traffic or street lights. We also had a view of the sea, which was another unexpected treat. In all, we have only positive comments to make - the only thing that I would possibly change is maybe have a washing machine instead of a dish washer. We only stayed a few days, so it wasn't a problem but it could become more so if staying for a week and maybe being on the beach and needing to wash towels and swimming things. Other than that, we couldn't fault the property and would have no hesitation in booking it again.

Very nice 2nd floor flat with all mod cons. Car parking at the rear was a real bonus. 10 mins walk to the sea-front. Comfortable bed, walk-in shower and reliable wi-fi. Will definitely return.

Smashing place with all our needs catered for, we couldn't have asked for anything more. If you find going up & down stairs, then you might find this property a bit tricky, but this wasn't a problem for us. Spotlessly clean and as comfortable as home.

Ideal location in the heart of Sheringham. Clean and comfortable with all facilities. Parking space. Next to main car park and the North Norfolk Railway. Good bus service for coast and Norwich, with British Rail too.

Perfect - again!
This was a gem of a find for us and we have now stayed twice and already booked for our next stay. Check in is easy with all information provided. Apartment is small but perfect for a couple. Had everything we need, great location - very short walk to train station, bus stop, town and front/beach. The only small suggestion I would make is that it would be useful to have a shelf of some type in the shower to put your bottles of shower gel and shampoo on. We've had a fabulous, relaxing stay 🙂
