Posizione agevole per andare al centro di Roma. Zona tranquilla a poca distanza dalla stazione ferroviatia di Roma Tiburtina.

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Purtroppo abbiamo fatto colazione al bar, nonostante ci fosse la possibilità di preparare il caffè con la macchina. Sarebbe opportuno che il bagno fosse dotato di sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo nuovi e sigillati, piuttosto che trovarli già utilizzati da altri. Il prezzo mi è sembrato eccessivo per due persone. Inoltre, non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere la proprietaria. Le poche conversazioni avute sono state telefoniche. Forse sarebbe meglio se avesse un rapporto diretto con i clienti

Ho prenotato con un last minute, avevo avvisato che arrivavo dopo la mezzanotte. Intanto non è a 350mt dalla Stazione Tiburtina, poi non è visibile, nascosto dietro un cantiere, quando finalmente sono arrivato il pin fornito non funzionava. Ho provato a chiamare il numero indicato più e più volte, ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta. A quel punto ho chiamato un taxi ed andato in un'altra struttura, ed erano già le 2 del mattino. Quando abbiamo richiamato, ci ha risposto una signora dalla voce assonnata che diceva di non aver ricevuto alcuna telefonata, che strano, dal momento che avevo telefonato dallo stesso numero. Ho chiesto il rimborso della tariffa, 93€ cifra importante per un affittacamere, ma mi ha detto che avevo scelto la tariffa non rimborsabile, giusto, ma loro non mi hanno dato la possibilità di entrare!

Excelent apartment in good location, 5 mins walk from main metro/train station. Room looks much better than on pictures - it was super tidy and comfortable. Silvia is a great host supplying daily cleaning service and sweets for breakfast. Definitely recommended!

Nothing to complain about!

Collocata in una posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla stazione Tiburtina; camera accogliente e nel complesso ben organizzata. La padrona disponibile e sempre attiva per qualsiasi cosa! La pulizia e il riassortimento della colazione sempre doc… certo non era un buffet da ristorante ma per una camera di beb era perfetto

Alla pulizia non do un pieno 10 solo per un po’ di muffa che a causa del bagno poco ventilato si è formata nella parete del bagno, ma che con un po’ di accortezza e candeggina viene subito via! Il resto sempre pulito! È da cambiare il collo acqua perché troppo pieno di calcare… a parte questo il resto andava bene!

Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione abbondante. Posizione eccezionale:2 min a piedi da stazione Tiburtina. Velocità e precisione nella comunicazione.

Super close to major train station and metro station.

A couple of plumbing issues with the pump being pretty loud and the shower was a little small. Had issues with the aircon not working but the host was very responsive.

Unfortunately, the “boutique hotel” is not boutique and not a hotel in US standards. It is a 3 bedroom apartment in a residential building converted to a hotel. Better apart-hotel. There is no reception and resturant as the apartment is on the second floor. The building is undergoing construction / maintenance work, so we were up at 7 am on banging noises. According to the manager, this should have been disclosed by booking.com but it was not. The “breakfast included” was another issue. It is packaged pastries and things ( eggs, cheese) that YOU can cook in the provided kitchen in your room . So if you are thinking to wake up for cooked breakfast in a resturant, this is not what is meant by breakfast included. The hotel is a good half an hour away from Rome attractions, and at the end , given the above , it was not a good value for the money . Not to mention that I got stuck in the elevator on my last day and I will leave the scare of being stuck and missing your flight to your imagination!
