the location was excellent quite and peaceful but within easy reach of the city the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent

to be honest there was not anything that i did not like although limited choice of breakfast

Absolutely horrific staff. Some are okay, the cleaning ladies are sweethearts, but the majority is not interested in providing hospitality. Requests such as dry cleaning are not understood, booking a room for a colleague whom will be arriving later seems a mission impossible, the food tastes great but invokes stomach issues,... You do not feel comfortable in this place. When I travel for work, I want to retire at the end of the day in my hotel and be comfortable. Not possible here.
