Le nouveau propriétaire et le condominium rénové de trois chambres en bord de mer non-fumeurs sont situés juste au nord du centre-ville de Myrtle Beach, en Caroline du Sud et offre une vue pittoresque sur l'océan Atlantique. Marcher de condo à «orteils dans l'océan» en moins de 3 minutes (nous l'avons chronométré)! Accès à la piscine intérieure et une piscine extérieure, 2 saunas intérieurs et une salle d'exercice.
Cette unité est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade, seulement deux unités par étage et situé sur la deuxième histoire. L'unité offre également trois chambres, une cuisine complète, salon et deux balcons en bord de mer (un assez grand pour une table à manger pour six) et un petit balcon de la chambre du milieu. Nous avons la télévision par câble et des lecteurs de DVD pour regarder vos films préférés. Aussi, ces jours où le temps ne va pas coopérer, nous avons fourni des jeux de société. Les arrangements de couchage sont très confortables et l'unité dort très facilement. S'il vous plaît venez et en faire des vacances que vous et votre famille se souviendront toujours!

We had such an amazing stay here. Its close to everything. The beach, pool and hot tub are feet away. We had the best time there

I am writing this review because the host, Gregory, is an absolutely amazing human being and he needs to be recognized. Hurricane Debby got in the way of our latest trip and Gregory was so thoughtful and kind and found a way for our family to stay safe. I would highly recommend staying in this property. We will certainly be booking again!

Ideal location for family and close to several amenities. The items provided could use an update with respect to the kitchen. Great views from balcony but furniture very worn.

Came down for a softball tournament - Made a mini vacation out of the trip. Great location, safe area for family of all ages. Ran into a maintenance issue however the property owner dealt with the matter very quickly with no inconvenience to my part. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our time here however there were a few issues during our stay. The unit was not quite ready upon our arrival. We contacted the owner who was able to resolve the problem. Also, the shower doors did not close/seal properly which led to excessive water to leak out all over the bathroom floor. We had to place multiple towels on the floor to keep the spread of water to a minimum. We spoke to the owner, he advised he would schedule repairs to correct the issue.

The pictures are accurate for this condo. It was clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Our host was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived when the unit's renovations were not finished unfortunately. Hopefully the renovations are now complete and the unit will have nicely updated features. Getting to the beach is super easy and convenient from this condo. Communication was excellent from property manager which we really appreciated. Tons of things to do nearby.

Easy access. We enjoyed most of our stay, except for having to constantly shut on and off the water to the commode in the master bath. The remote didn't work in the queen bedroom/volume only part time. There was a little trash and pepsi can under twin bed. No chairs on balcony which I was wanting the most to watch my family in the pool. (I was recovering and had to stay in apartment) Loved the table on master porch....family played games there. Overall, we loved the location and host was nice. We would stay again because little things can be fixed. Thanks!

Perfect condo for families. It had everything that we needed, even a pack and play for our baby! The kids loved the beach toys and we loved the beach umbrella and chairs!
The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a crock pot. Which was nice because with a family of seven we couldn’t afford to eat out every meal. The washer/dryer did take a while to complete, but it washed the clothes throughly,you just have to plan ahead when doing laundry. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking., but that’s everywhere.

The room was nice. Outside of building needs some tlc. Parking was little difficult getting in and out of but overall it's a nice place and the owner is super friendly and very responsive for any questions or concerns. Would stay again

Great location, Condo is nice but needs a little upkeep. Garbage disposal was leaking so we had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink (dishwasher was hooked up to the disposal). Lights in the master bath were flickering off and on.
It was wonderful to be on the beach and have access to the pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the boardwalk. I would rent again.

This condo is in a perfect location! It is right on the beach, has spectacular views, and is within walking distance of restaurants. 101 has plenty of living space. The owner responded promptly when issues came up.

We really enjoyed the property. It was just as described. The location was perfect. Steps out to the beach, short walk to Starbucks, really close to Broadway at the beach and many other activities.
The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Host was very quick to respond. We will definitely look to book here again in the future.

Last minute baseball weekend in Myrtle Beach. Location, Location, Location. Perfectly located for family and teen boys. Greg was amazing and communicated through the whole stay.

The host, Sean, the house, and the neighborhood, for us, were as great as we could hope for. The trip, from start to finish, exceeded our expectations and met our needs. If we’re fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay in Santa Monica again we’d book with Sean again. We’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a chill getaway.

Two balconies overlooking the ocean provide a nice spot to spend your time when you aren’t out and about. If you have kids whom you dont have to be at the pool with them but want to keep an eye on them, this unit is great for that as you are one story up.
The location allows for you to leave your car for the most part and walk to dinner, mini golf, Starbucks and ice cream. The place is appointed with starter pods for the dishwasher and some toiletries but if you run out of anything or forgot soap, the convenience store is a short walk.
You will definitely enjoy your stay!

We had a great experience. The property owner was very helpful from the time of booking to the end of our stay. Very close to beach with easy access to the beach. We would definitely book again if we are in the area in the future.

Great location
Great location on the beach. Very short walk to be right on the beach!!! Pool was nice and water temperature was perfect. We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards….a little speedy but well worth it at $45 for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day. Sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable…don’t plan on using it as a bed. The 2nd bedroom was ok…maybe for kids. The 3rd bedroom was very small with 2 twin beds….maybe for kids but no view of anything from the window but a dirty outdoor hallway. The master bedroom was great with ocean view and balcony. Had I been traveling with other adult couples rather then kids this would not have worked. Plan to buy toilet paper and garbage bags…because there is not enough for a day. The washer and dryer is one unit so it takes 2 hours to wash and 4 hours to dry……not really worth it. We can to Myrtle Beach to spend time in the beach….not the room. It mostly worked for what we needed….except the one person who had to have the sofa sleeper got no sleep.

Perfect Getaway
This stay was everything we needed! clean and beautifully decorated. Access to the beach is steps away. location on the main strip with everything you need. I highly recommend a stay here. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

Great location, a few surprises
Overall, we loved the location of this property. Right on the beach and convenient to many attractions within walking distance. There were a number of things that we were not expecting:
1. From the pictures on the listing we expected 3 full size bedrooms and one of the bedrooms was so small, 2 twin beds in a tiny room with no room to move and no storage except for a 3 drawer nightstand between the beds. We had planned on having our kids share the room but it was not possible and one of them ended up on the couch which was not at all comfortable.
2. The listing also said washer/dryer and we packed accordingly. The washer/dryer is a single unit combo washer dryer that washes and dries the clothes. It took over 6 hours to wash and dry about 6 pieces of clothing at a time which was a huge disappointment. We ended up having to go to a laundromat because we packed with the idea of being able to wash clothes and it just wasn't possible.
3. There was also construction of some sort going on in the unit above us which meant waking up to the sound of loud drilling and banging every morning. There was also paint and cement falling from certain areas of the ceiling, particularly near the balcony slider doors in the living room. Not sure if it is caused by disrepair or vibration from the construction in the unit above.
4. Overall the unit was not very clean. There was food/dirt on the floor in the kitchen in the corners. We ended up having to clean before we used the kitchen.
5. The pools on the property were nice but we were disappointed because the guide in the room with the hours said the pool was open until 11 and we were kicked out at 9pm and were told that 11pm is not accurate. This limited the amount of time we were able to use these amenities which was disappointing.
I don't mean for the review to sound negative because we really did enjoy the location of this property but for the price we paid I expected it to be more than it was. The host, Gregory, was great with communication.

Overpriced and in need of improvements
Location is excellent, the building itself is a tired building in need of improvements.
The appartement itself is not consistent with the description on the website.
There is constantly water on the kitchen floor which we notified the owner without any consequences. The kitchen appliances are old and cheap. The dryer part of the washer/dryer combo does not work.
The exterior table on the balcony is very corroded and unusable.
We cannot recommend this condo without it being significantly improved. Definitely overpriced.

Beach Vacation
This condo was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The facilities had nice pools (outdoor and indoor) and perfect access to a great stretch of beach. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was a great way to start the day!

Great weekend get away
Myself and 4 of my girlfriends stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had the best time. Plenty of space. The pools were awesome and being steps from the beach was amazing too. Great location. About a mile from the boardwalk and lots of great bars and restaurants. I would stay here again.
