Staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. No complaints!

This was the absolute best place I have ever stayed at. Room was way bigger than I expected.

No aquarium in the lobby. I know it's silly but they are comforting. I would loved to put one together for you.

Great value and beautiful property

Breakfast was not amazing. Definitely could be better quality, more options. Also, the front desk wasn't super helpful with a situation that came up for us. We saw the 40th anniversary special on the hotel website, where the 3rd night was free. It didn't advertise when it started, so we assumed it was just NOW. So we tried contacting the property about our 3rd night. The first person we spoke too seemed very uncertain about the details which led me to calling the 1-800 number reservation line for all Holiday Inn properties. They told us yes, we should get the free night and were about to credit, then realized we had booked through booking.com, and said they couldn't edit our reservation. Booking.com never could get ahold of the property to confirm that we should get the credit, so I spoke with the front desk personally when we checked in, and they told us no, we don't get the credit... AFTER I was told we could get it by the Holiday Reservations people.

They will put a $115 hold on your card as a security deposit. After you’ve paid in full. This little hold is nowhere in the booking agreement.

This site has huge potential, and in season (from end of May) lots of facilities but these were mostly closed during our mid-May stay.

It is very close to a highway and the master bedrooms & balcony face the road which makes it very noisy. The accommodation needs to be on the far side of the lake.

The location is beautiful. The lake and trails are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not enough hot water to use the jacuzzi tub. Not enough hot water for anyone to take showers without waiting a long time in between each, which is very inconvenient. Also, the walls and floors are paper thin and can hear everything. The people upstairs kept us awake every night.

The location was wonderful. I always wanted to stay there.

Only thing was the food was pretty far away.

Our room was wonderful! a little 2 bedroom/2 full bath apartment, fully furnished with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable!

We always bring our own food, the walking to get food is a bit to much do to my bad back and legs, but I truly loved my stay thx you for having us.
