Ibrahim and Nagala were both very nice and responsive. They organized a car to pick us up and offered to help find tours and things to do around the city. (We didn't make use of that, because everything was already planned out, but otherwise I definitely would have). The apartment was in a very nice complex and the proximity to a small shop made day to day shopping easy. Having a washing machine was great too. Overall a great place to have as a base from which to go on trips from with everything one needs.

Only minor things, such as the balcony door's closing mechanism falling off the frame and the outlets by the bed not being installed in a stable manner. But those were minor inconveniences at most.

Ibrahim and her sister made everything very simple for us, they were very welcoming and available for us at any time if any question about the apartment or trips to do. We felt very comfortable at the apartament, well equiped and clean; it also has a private beach The apartment is very close to the airport and not far from the centre (20 min walking; but easy to reach calling an Uber)

We loved the apartment, it is very nice and it is right in front of the beach with great views and good places to eat nearby. Then say that they helped us a lot in everything we need. We are very grateful, until next time

location was excellent, perfect for a couple. Nice furniture, great attention, beautiful view.

They need to do a small fixing in the door of the balcony and the room. The rest is perfect.

Absolutely nothing

Excellent location, great private beach, friendly hosts. Nice homely feel to the apartment too!

For some reason I was asked to pay more than 5 EUR (the price advertised) for the breakfast, and the apartment could have been a bit cleaner when arrived. But all in all still enjoyed my stay.

Super thanks to Ibrahim and Nagala for their warm welcome. I highly recommend the place for friends or family. Very accessible to restaurants and main centers.

Well equipped and clean apartment, private parking spaces, quiet location, sea and pool view, private pool, private beach, close to services

It was difficult to enjoy the sea as the beach was filled with dangerous rocks and boulders, water shoes are recommended. (i am told it will be cleaned up in the near future)

Everything is neat and clean .. location is amazing, cleanliness is apparently the culture of the owner and customer service is just amazing … I can’t thank you guys enough.. thanks a million

Very nice view and appartmant; quite and peaceful

The apartment is nicely decorated, very freaky for an „Egyptian“ place, we liked a lot. The view from balcony is nice and makes a breakfast on it enjoyable

The hosts behavior was more than strange, quiet embarrassing actually. First is difficult to tell who is host as we were dealing with at least 3 different persons. One lady called me right after booking for a one night stay not cancelable that she doesn’t like to have guest only for one night, 3 nights at least. Ok, that can be easily add to Booking.com but wasn’t. So she told me to discuss with owner and tell me next day morning. She called by noon time and said it’s fine. When we arrived we went to different buildings to find the right entrance, as description and advise per telephone was contradicted and person who was finally waiting for us not same who was talking to us. Nevertheless we decided to extend for one night. Next day we got a call that a person will come to that rented place to take a „device“. When we came back a guy was waiting for us to take the WLAN router, we called the lady and she said yes it’s 2 USD per day and as we didn’t pay she take it. Nobody was noticing that and seriously that is totally not acceptable behavior, coming without even asking if we can pay this 2US Dollar and just grab the router and leave, not even personally.... Very disappointing as place itself is nice.

Great location. quiet. close to privat beach. which is very clean. amazing front sea view. Apartment is stylish and very nice. clean and furnished with good design and taste. feels very homely.

I was there in winter and with no heating was bit cold inside. but the owner brought immediately portable heating. In sommer temperature over 40 will be perfect

The view is really good and location close to city centre. The beach is bit rocky but still you can enjoy it. The security & all staff in the compound are very helpful. I’d definitely like to stay again there..
