Fletchers Hall is great property .The owners went out of their way the make a great stay with everything well organised. The hall itself is special, dripping with history while having everything you need for a comfortable stay.
There is so much to do with the games room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all well used so the rain did not bother us and the TV was never used (nice change). The Location is great easily accessible with plenty to do in close proximity.

Brilliant property with excellent amenities. The pool was great with the house itself having everything you could need. We had a mixed group and the grounds were great for all our age groups to run around in or play on. It was great to have tennis rackets etc supplied. Jennifer the host was friendly and super helpful

We have just returned from an amazing week away at Fletchers hall with 8 of us ranging from 6 to 66. The house and grounds are immaculate and everything you can possibly think of is there.The biggest hits were the pool, hot tub, games room and fire pit area.We really have created family memories that will stay with us a lifetime. There is so much space to play games such as cricket, football, archery, tennis and football golf. The kids also burnt energy on the trampoline. Jennifer was very helpful and let us in early which was appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect with Blackpool and Lytham St Annes very close. There is also a good bus service if you don’t want the stress of parking.We would love to come back as this is our new favourite place to have a holiday and spend time with family.

Fletchers Hall was everything we wanted and more Property was fantastic for my family’s needs , the pool (absolutely beautiful heated and a perfect size we had great fun in it) the hot tub and the grounds also made the holiday … the lounge was massive but lovely to sit in all together.. weather wasn’t great so it was perfect to be able to play cards and all chat together.. ideal for all our ages.. 4-61 .. something for everyone.. Our host Jennifer was fantastic and even unloaded my overboard shopping when it arrived before us .. it was easy find , we had trips out to Lytham, which was buzzing .. Blackpool for the Pleasure Beach and the experience all within easy reach it was only 4 days so really we made use of all the facilities at hand …all in all I would definitely go back it would be so cosy in the winter also .. thank you Fletchers Hall ..

We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Fletcher's Hall. It was clean, the dogs enjoyed running around the fields, the kids enjoyed the games room, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fletcher's Hall is positioned in quiet surroundings with easy access to Lytham and Blackpool.

We have just spent an amazing Christmas as a family of 12 at Fletchers Hall and it exceeded all of our expectations.
Right from the point of booking Jennifer was an exceptional host, in regular communication and offered numerous local tips and ideas. I honestly haven’t had such a good level of contact before. The special touches that were added to make our Christmas perfect were amazing and made our stay really special.
The house is absolutely beautiful and there really is everything that you could possibly need. We were a party of 8 adults, 3 children, one teenager and 2 dogs. Everyone was catered for and the space and bedroom configuration was ideal. The lounge alone was just spectacular. A great space for the whole family even with wrapping paper flying everywhere on Christmas morning 😊
The kids (big and small) loved the games room and swimming pool which was heated to a really good temperature so that we could enjoy it in the middle of winter. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake.
Overall Jennifer and her husband went over and above to make our family Christmas special and it was certainly that. I cannot recommend Fletchers Hall highly enough.

The swimming pool, hot tub and games room were a great hit with all generations!A very well equipped kitchen was waiting for those who wanted to dine in and soak up the relaxing atmosphere.
There are lots of places to explore in the local area without having to travel too far.
Jennifer was a caring host and added extra special touches for our stay, Bubbles and balloons for a Birthday and a 'spooktacular' halloween hut with fire pit and marshmallows for the younger ones.
A great weekend and would recommend staying at Fletchers Hall.

Spent a weekend at Fletchers Hall, a lovely place, owner made a very nice effort to decorate (cards, banners, flowers and bubbly) the place for our celebrations. Over all very clean. Pool and hot tube excellent, although the pool water temperature on the Saturday was to cold to use, which was disappointing ,the owner did manage to get the temperature up by Sunday. The kitchen was very well equipped.

It truly is a special place with amazing facilities for both adults and children, made extra special with personal touches added by the host of decorations, flowers and fizz to add to our celebration. Fletcher's hall was great for our weekend away. 11 of us had plenty of space to socialise together. The house had everything we needed and the pool was amazing, we were in it for hours every day even in October!
Jennifer was super helpful and let us know what was on in the local area. The location is lovely and so close to the gorgeous st Anne's. Blackpool was only 20 mins away by car so a great place to use for visiting there too.

We was all amazed by Fletchers Hall! Jennifer was in contact with us to make sure we was OK. The house has everything you need and more! towels provided, kitchen essentials also..... so no need to pack washing up liquid tea towels etc. I could go on and on about our fabulous stay! Jennifer recommended Tasteful Catering for buffets etc they came to the house and prepare a 3 course meal for 12 it was delicious we highly recommend Joanne basically fed us for the weekend we lived and ate like Kings and Queens! Adults and children worn out from the activities.

The living areas are fantastic, highlighted by the original architectural features.Perfect area for the four couples.
Although there are six bedrooms - all bedrooms have excessive and unnecessary furniture which meant crammed space. One bedroom had no cupboard space. Additionally one of the ensuites didn’t have a shower, which meant two couples needed to share a shower. Another was very small.
Considering the cost of the house per night little things need to be addressed For example basic essentials in the kitchen and more importantly soap on tap in each bathroom which wasn’t supplied.

A perfect house for a family get together. 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large dining areas, acres of grounds with tennis court, jacuzzi and covered, heated swimming pool + games room. 11 of us were there for a week and never ran out of things to do! 70th Birthday Celebration with Family
Fletchers Hall is a wonderful holiday home with a host of activities that kept the whole family entertained.
Jennifer gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was so very helpful throughout but especially so when arranging a surprise birthday meal for my husband at The Northcote - even arranging for a birthday card from the chef to be hand delivered to the house! The gifts and decorations left for us were also very thoughtful, much appreciated and helped to make our short break very special.
We all had a brilliant time relaxing in the hot tub and pool, playing tennis, learning to play croquet and making some very special memories - so thank you Jennifer.
We would definitely recommend Fletchers Hall as a special holiday home and we would love to return in the future.

What a fabulous place for a group of friends to gather to celebrate special birthdays - the gifts and decorations were really thoughtful. We chilled in the hot tub and pool. Danced under the disco ball and had a thoroughly wonderful time. Jennifer moved our booking twice due to COVID with no quibbles and kept us well informed in the lead up to our stay. 60th birthday with family
What a great holiday home with all the amenities you could ever hope for. At Fletchers Hall, we were met and given a tour and lovely kind and welcome from Jennifer. Fletchers Hall lived up to and exceeded its description on the web site, there was everything you could possibly need and more. For our grandchildren (3 and 6) they just loved the space to run, but also enjoyed the secure pool area, games room and trampoline. For our children (all in their thirties) it was the knowledge the their children were safe.
For us it was the attention to detail, with the hosts even adding to the break with flowers, fizz and a 60th birthday banner, this truly made our weekend at Fletchers Hall.
We would highly recommend Fletchers Hall as a great location for your break away and incredible memories to be made and shared.

Great place for a large family gathering
We were a large family group across 4 generations. Fletchers Hall and its surroundings gave us a fantastic space to be together for a long weekend with plenty to do in and around the house and grounds and further afield too.
The pool and the hot tub were a real hit - the pool is enormous and great for lengths and for messing around in. The different areas around the grounds meant that there was always a place to get away for a peaceful moment or two if needed and different people could get together in separate corners.
The lounge, kitchen and dining room inside give you the same opportunities inside, with nooks and crannies for sitting reading a book as well.
Loved the easy access to Blackpool, Lytham and St Anne's and walks that you could do without having to take the car as well.
Jen was really helpful and on the other end of text throughout the weekend.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing place. We had a long weekend stay at Fletchers Hall which turned out to have everything we had hoped for and much much more. The pool, the hot tub and the games room were brilliant, but what we hadn’t expected was the amount of activities provided outside and the amount of games inside. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, going the extra mile by providing Prosecco and flowers for us. I would highly recommend Fletchers Hall for both families and singles.

I’d definitely recommend this place for a family getaway . The rooms are spacious , the lounge is fantastic 5 massive sofas to relax on . The pool was lovely and warm and well looked after , as was the jacuzzi ! A great place to relax and party !

Easter Break
The location of the house was brilliant, close to local amenities whilst still feeling secluded. The outdoor heated pool was an absolute hit with the kids, we struggled to keep them out of it. Overall, a lovely holiday and a lovely place to stay,

Wow what can I say there was 12 of us staying in this beautiful house ages from 3 to 84. We had the pleasure of staying here for Christmas and all had an amazing time. The rooms where spacious and very comfortable and loved it that they were all on suite.
They house was well equipped with everything that we could have possibly wanted from enough sofas for us all to sit round and open the presents to cooking the Christmas Dinner. We all got to enjoy the swimming pool and the hot tub was a big hit.
I would highly recommend this property for your family get away.

A beautiful house for a family get together
We stayed at Fletcher’s Hall for a long weekend in December.
The house is beautiful, spacious, warm and spotless.
The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality appliances and other equipment.
The living room was so comfortable with multiple comfortable sofas arranged for optimum sociability.
All the beds were comfortable and linens were clean and fresh.
The added bonus of the heated pool and hot tub made it a perfect getaway.
Lytham is just a few minutes away by car and is a charming small town with lots of independent shops and cafes.
We weren’t really able to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space for tennis etc but will probably try to return when it’s a bit warmer.
Jennifer met us and showed us the house and was available to answer any questions.
She had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and left us with some delicious Christmas goodies.

Amazing stay
Amazing from start to finish!!. Stayed three night for my 50th birthday ages ranged from 12 to 75 something for everyone! Jennifer met us on arrival she was warm and friendly, there was prosecco, flowers , chocolates and a birthday card waiting for me which we all thought was a lovely touch. The hall its self is beautiful with everything we needed or could think of in it. We made full use of the pool and hot tub. We wouldn't hesitate to book again! FANTASTIC

Ten of us attended ranging from 60 to 2 years of age. On arrival everything was so clean and tidy, even surpassing our wildest expectations.
The pool and hot tub were superb and very warm. We were able to use them every day even though it was the end of October and raining.
Prior to arrival we made plans to eat out and visit various places, however, Fletcher's Hall was so spacious, warm and welcoming that we stayed in for the entire weekend enjoying the ample facilities and family time.
Everyone in the party had the best time. The only downside was that we were all sad to leave on the last day.
Jennifer was very friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions we might have.
In conclusion I would say that our break at Fletcher's Hall could not have been better. I would thoroughly recommend it and we are hoping to return in the future.
